Enjoyed the friendly helpful property management. The motel needs some maintenance, but over all my experience was good. I would recommend it to other travelers.

Nice staff. Noisy location. Shabby hotel. This hotel is old and run down. Location is between two busy streets. From our room we had to listen to the orders from drivers to the Taco Bell take-out window.

Complete ripoff for the money. Just a dive in a bad area. we hardly got any sleep. the bed was piece of junk. our backs are still hurting. there was no fan or any ventilation in a room. very noisy outside, not a nice area. we could not sleep with the open window because of the noise, but if we were to close the window, we wouldn't be able to breeze. had to wait for 15 minutes for water to warm up in a shower. the fan in a bathroom rattles like a steam engine. * per night is a right price for this dive. DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! completely overated!! false advertisement

The hotel was perfect for me, it is within walking distance to several restaurants and for the price it is very comfortable and clean, with excellent guest service.

It was convenient to the National Park. It was a bit of a dump - older and not well cared for. It needed modernization - skimpy towels, OK beds, but not super comfortable.

Older, yet comfortable. Front desk and staff were very friendly and accomodating, even with last minute changes in our plans. I didn't notice the road noise at all, very slightly with the window open.

We were able to check in early. The clerk did not answer for night check in and we slept in our car. Typical for price.

Wasn't sure what to expect from reading previous reviews. Very friendly staff, fair rate, clean room, central location. There is some road noise, but wasn't an issue for me. Stayed three days and had no complaints. I will stay there again next visit.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in recommending must see sights. I asked for 2 beds and did not receive it, so had to pay extra.

Hotel is older but kept very clean. Front Desk was friendly and easy to work with. We were on our way farther south and arrived and left in the dark so can't say much about the city. Dinner at Denny's just a block away was ok.Located in the middle of North and Southbound 101 might be too noisy for some. I was so tired from driving all day I honestly didn't hear anything once my head hit the pilllow.

Very friendly staff - gave directions to local amenities etc. Cheap mattress - would give you lumbar problems; rooms extremely basic: no microwave, fridge. If you didn't have a bad back when you arrived, you'll have one when you leave - thanks to the cheap mattress. I had to sleep on the floor! The saving grace of this hotel: the staff - very friendly and helpful. Makes a big difference especially if you are traveling alone.

Very freindly and helpful staff. Room looks out over very noisy taco bell parking lot. Very old and noisy motel but with a wonderfully helpful and friendly staff.

Convenient to hwy 101. Area information in the room and lobby was unclear and outdated. A very basic room. More should have been made of the proximity to California's National & state park systems. Parking lot ownership and usage should be worked out with the taco bell next door.
