This hotel was extremeley over priced. Our rooms were very filthy. One bed had a blood stain that was still red,The maid left an over used envelope right on the table for a tip. The bathroom was very small and the walls had not been cleaned in a while. There was a reddish smoke grim running down the walls and there was all kinds of hair on the wall and floor. The upper bathroom fan framing was just hanging by a one corner and the heat lamp had a big smoke glob right in the center of the bulb . Each night we were awaken by drunken patrons or visitors who keep us awake and scared my kids when they started fighting, This went on till after 3 am. The traffic roared by and squeeled tires day and night. The hot tub jets did not work. Our hotel info book and been scribbled on each page.

Convenient location close to the lake and boat ramp, Nice park and recreation area near. Boat parking so. Boat and stowed gear somewhat of a security concern. No electric hookups for battery charging like other lakeside hotels. Enjoyed the stay. Staff courteous and friendly. Adequate and clean rooms for the price which was very reasonable. As noted, better accommodations for boat would be nice.

Wild geese on the baseball diamond next-door. Dirty, holes in the sheets, hair in bathroom floor. The hotel was not very clean, lobby stacked up with miscellaneous junk. The clerk didn't speak very much English and communication was difficult. Overall the grounds and rooms were dirty and cramped.
