I did not know there were no visitors allowed after 10:00 because of late check in. My fiancee came after 12:00 pm because of his shift at Boeing and the management handle this badly to the point of saying they would evict myself and my friend. The manager called my mom because she cmplained oo our treatment. She was told I should have stayed with my fiancee.

Nice room and good staff. Unsure about neighborhood and ugly and dated from the outside.

I chose this motel because it was closest to my training site, and because it had the name travelodge " which I thought stood for some quality or standard. They had trouble finding my reservation which was made 10 days in advance for a Queen, non-smoking room, refused to check me in at 1pm, so that I had to check in after working all day and had no queensized non smoking rooms so I wound up in a smoking double. When I got in the room had no working phone and the icemaker outside the door was very loudly heard inside the room. so I asked to be moved and got a similar room with a phone, but without a tub which I had requested... I was exhausted and chose to stay in spite of how stinky the room was. A barking dog in the next room and the motel is right on a very busy corner with loud traffic noise. I did not feel safe. I put a chair in front of the door. I was awakened in the middle of the night by loud partiers, which woke the dog. The staff was unhelpful, and unprofessional, admittedly they were "trying" not to be rude, but it was obvious they struggled with that concept. The person I worked with at 1pm appeared to be trying to help, but the 6pm staff later informed me that I had "checked out" at 1pm -so my reservation was no longer valid. It was outrageous, almost funny if I had not been so stranded and in need of a place to stay. I will not ever stay at a travelodge if I can avoid it.

The price. Sketchy. The price was good. The room was ok...seemed really old and kind ofsmelly!

"When I got locked out of my room (my stupidity, yes) - the front desk was closed for the night and the answering service told me that there was nothing she could do for me and I was just ""tying up"" her line for other customers. Rude and insensitive! I had to pay $100 to get 5 hours of sleep at a different hotel that night. I still have yet to be compensated for my trouble."

Staff friendly, located near highway. No elevator. Staff friendly room ok, location to highway good, and would not want to stay more than one or two nights. Good for a business traveler.

At first when I arrived at the hotel it was fine. The woman at the front desk was a little rude but it didn't really bother me. But after I checked out I found out I was double charged for 2 different amounts when I should have only been charged for one night. And when I tried to fix this problem there was absolutely no cooperation and she was completely rude. It was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Not too far from casino/inexpensive. Nothing really.

Convenient to get to from I-5. Room was cold. The check-in staff was friendly, and gave us a choice of an upstairs or downstairs room. The room was small, but clean with TV, fridge and microwave, as well as coffee pot, which we appreciated. Everything was a little cramped, with only a standup shower in room. What I didn't like was the room was quite cold, and when we left the hotel, the staff gave us incorrect directions to get to the highway.

Nothing. 36" x 36" shower stall with mold in grout, & peeling paint. You need to remove this motel from your selections. It is a dump! The receptionists were friendly, but the husband of the receptionist we met is paranoid about anyone talking to his wife? We were joking with her and he opened the door form their adjoining room and glared at us and asked if everything was ok. Then when we took our bags to the room, he came outside and glared at us again.

Nothing. Come get your drugs. Bad neighborhood. Front door security is poor.

Only the staff was accommodating. Room and facility was horrible. The location, dirty room, and awful smells of room. The location felt unsafe, the room smelled, the carpet was damp, the shower unclean. parking lot very small and could not fit a F350.

I went to a show at the Everett event center and it was only a block away. I was put at the room farthest from the office so I had no WiFi access.
