nice location out of the noise area, enjoyed the peace and quiet, bed and surrounding was very comfortable

Clean, good shower pressure, quiet. Key did not work well in the door. I would stay there again. The price is better than most, which makes a difference for us. Thank you.

Overall, the staff were kind and the room was fine, but the pool area had such an extreme gross smell to it, and the water looked yellow. This was the biggest disappointment to all of us.

It was a safe hotel. The shower was great. The room was small, and not completely clean. There was a bar of used soap in the bathtub. We were in Billings visiting family for the weekend. The location was great for us, and the staff was very nice.

The ramada limited is just that....limited. Upon arriving at our room, we found it to be much smaller, if any word could be used, it would have to be cramped. with all the furniture and the size of the room, it was a very tight fit. The room also had an odor, which was so annoying that I had to buy my own air freshener from Wal-Mart to make it more bearable. They also shut down the hot water heater without giving any advance notice to the guests as well, not a flyer, not a word from the front desk, nothing. So we were unable to shower after we woke up in the morning. The outside is run down and depressing, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Go elseware to enjoy your vacation.

Great pool. The bathroom was terrible. I would spend the extra money to stay at a nicer place.

This Ramada Hotel was very busy while we were there. But that is no excuse for only having one person at the front desk. I had to wait to check in while that one person took two phone calls. We tried to call down to the desk to ask about internet and got no answer, had to finally walk down there and hunt down the desk person. The pool was slimey looking. Desperately in need of cleaning. The slide was great. but didnt really like being in the water. The long halway between the few doors was chlosterphobic, and that is not something I suffer from. Got an uncomfortable feeling being in the hall. The room was fine, nothing special, but clean.

It had a nice pool and breakfast was wonderful. It was a wonderful place to stay. The pool was a nice activity for my son and breakfast was easy in the morning.

The location was great. Would love to have had the time to swim. Coffee maker had to be replaced. Very nice for business folks. But they really need to change the color of the bed spreads.

Price, location and breakfast bar. There was a lof of noise in the halls all night. I would stay at this motel hotel again. I felt the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

In room hot tub, personal pool access. Shower was not hot enough. Completely satisfied with accommodations.

Needs a new maintenance man. Not kept up, maintenance wise. Would not stay at this motel again.

The pool was wonderful. The bathroom was small and kind of dirty. Overall it was fine a little pricy for what we got.

I liked that we had a ground floor. There were two hot tubs by the pool and one was not hot. It was nice, clean, to us the beds were not all that comfortable. I liked the shower.

Comfortable bed. Not enough space and tables/chairs for continental breakfast. Friendly and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very clean and quiet. Not enough seating room at continental breakfast. The staff was very pleasant, even though it was quite busy when we arrived, and one of their computers was locked up.

Location. Overall condition. Overall condition needed repair and updating in room and exterior. VERY noisy. Staff did little to nothing about insisting that adult leaders of a youth group control running up and down halls, yelling, slamming doors, etc, at 11:30 at night. Will not stay there again.

Loved the breakfast and pool with slide, desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Long hallways with lots of doors. Great place to stay with a younger child. The desk staff was quick and friendly at check in. Liked the breakfast and the pool area with a water slide.

Easy to locate. Not very clean - had not been vacuumed. I even wondered if the sheets had been changed. Wouldn't go there again.

Clean, friendly people, good breakfast, good location, kid friendly, comfortable bed, enough said. The bathroom was on the small side, but then again the room was a small single as well. A decent priced stay in a comfortable room was all I wanted and is exactly what I got. The surprise was a free hot breakfast in the morning instead of just pastries. It had two pools, one indoors with a water slide and one small kidney shape pool outside. A public access computer in the lobby helps those of us without laptops. Check in and check out was uneventful and very friendly. I'll definitely be back next year.
