This hotel really needs maintenance. For the price we paid, it was extremely run down. Public areas were dirty, unpainted. The fence next to the parking lot was falling down & unpainted. The halls smelled. The breakfast was the cheapest we have seen anywhere. Definitely will not stay here again.

It was close to the highway. The room was dirty and smelled very bad. If you just want a place to lay your head, this will work, but if you're looking for cleanliness and security, stay at another hotel.

The staff, room and location were all OK. The bed was hard, and the pillows thin.

I liked the location. The breakfast buffett was dirty. It was an ok hotel for somewhere to sleep. The pool and Jacuzzi were tiny. The staff was pleasant and gave me directions. My main issue was cleaning. It was just not as clean as I like. The breakfast buffet was scary. The cereal containers looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We left and went to IHOP.

Was traveling on business. I don't normally stay overnite in bellingham but, I had a early morning appointment and thought it wise to just spend the night. I booked my reservation through the travel website and went to dinner. After dinner I went to the hotel to check in. Upon my arrival I was told that there was no reservation confirmed for me. No big deal the hotel did not appear busy so I requested a single non-smoking room. I was told that there was none available. I checked the condition of the smoking room and deemed it unacceptable. I went and found other accommadations. Much to my surprise the next day when I find my credit card was charged for the stay. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get a resolution. Basiclly the Manager is refusing to credit my stay because I did not provide a confirmation number. I was never asked for one. I do not see how providing a confirmation number would have made a non-smoking room appear. I simply cannot fathom charging someone for a service you were unable to provide. I did not find the managment staff at this facility to be gracious or accommadating. The managment went as far as to tell me I had tried checking into the wrong hotel. Well, I checked map quest and I was at the correct hotel.

I've stayed at a Travelogdge a couple of other times and I've never really been satisfied. It was the last room left in surrounding hotels due to an AKC Dog Show. The room itself was pretty decent (a little smelly and we had to take off the comforter from the bed - it smelled terrible); but the hallways and community areas are in great need of updating. There were several beer bottles sitting around the exterior of the property; the carpets and walls were filthy &/or stained.

Even the sheets were dirty. I can't believe it has not been shut down for code violations. I ended up not staying here the second night because it was so disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was taking my husband to Las Vegas for his 40th birthday and chose this hotel due to proximatey and price to the Bellingham airport. Our room was smelly like mold and had stains on the ceiling, even the bedding smelled moldy, I'm asthmatic and spent most of my sleepless nite wheezing. This hotel was extremely NOISYthe person staying above us was up until almost 2 or 3am in the morning, walking around, stamping his feet, jumping and doing heaven knows what on the bed, We called the front desk and complained about the noise as we had an early morning flight and nothing was done. When we checked out in the morning, we again expressed our concerns about the condition of our room and the noise in the hotel. The woman at the desk was very adament with us and NOT ACCOMODATING at all, she offered us a discount for our inconvenience and was quite rude to us. I wanted my money back and they made no effort. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN, it is a total dump, and the owners are rude and not accomodating.

spending 82.00 on this place was disgusting, it was so dirty evreything was sticky garbage on the floor, the curtains looked like someone had urinated on them, this was the worst plave i have ever stayed in. i was very dissapointed in paying that kind of money for a room that was so dirty, it is a room that you just want to get out of it, my girlfriend didnt even want to sleep in the bed, not knowing if the sheets had even been cleaned.

Used the room when visiting for a family weekend at WWU. If you are just need a place to sleep, this is great, not a big price. Second floor room was nicer then the first floor. One outside door looks bad. It has a new breakfast room. Breakfast was donuts and danish, fruit and juice. First floor smells strongly of smoke but the second floor didn't smell. Room didn't smell either. Check out was fast. Flat pillows, so ask for more. Bathroom very clean and seemed to be updated.

"I had to clean the room myself, the first night. The next morning I told them at the front desk. They cleaned the other things I had mentioned but nothing else.Sticky door handles and cob webs were discusting. The noise in this place is another story, not to mention burn holes in the blankets and towels. Not recommended. "The hotel is badly worn down. The place reeks of cigarettes, even in the non-smoking rooms. The room was bare bones and had broken fixtures. Rollaway beds were not available unlike stated."
