The light in the bathroom didn't work. There was only one light in the bedroom, the staff was not friendly and the description on where it is located in not true, it isn't in or near boston. This honestly was one of the worse hotels I have stayed in. I am very unhappy with the place.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The heating system did not work well; we were cold, smelled like smoke in non-smoking room. For the price we paid, it should have been in better shape. The Bedford Travelodge was barely adequate, not pretty, but the rooms had four walls and a door, with okay beds.

Took a very long time for the room to heat up. Never did get any hot water. Companion fell on a quite poorly salted area of the walkway.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, shower had hot water. Restaurants within short walking distance. Service was great. Definitely not a 5-star hotel, but good value for limited budgets. Even had foam pillows!!! Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful.

This was a terrible overnight stay. The room had a foul smell to it. There were bugs crawling in the bathroom and in the halls. There was no swimming pool that was available. The free breakfast didn't exist. When asked for a receipt I was told they do not give one.

It was cheap. Limited facilities - no Internet access. I used this hotel as I was on a brief (one night) trip to the Boston area. My mandate was to travel cheap. The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. The room provided the basics, but lack of Internet access would prevent me from ever staying for more than one night.

I booked this motel for my husband while he was traveling in Boston and while the price was right, it was not worth the fact that he was awoken at 4:00 am by the feeling of being bitten. He got up to find about 50 or so bedbugs crawling around in the bed, on his body and in his hair. He immediately went to the manager and requested another room so he could shower and leave. The manager came to his room to take a look at his bed and responded that "this had never happened before" even though my husband could see bug repellant in the office. They did provide him with a new room to clean-up in and agreed to refund his money (although we do not know when that will happen).

All I needed was a place to sleep for a few hours between Midnight and 6 AM. A clean 1 star was all I needed. This place is a bit out of the way, but it has the best price for the Boston area. It is a small 50's building. My room was clean and the location was quiet. It took a few minutes to get the clerk to come to the desk to check me in. I had to use my cell phone to call the number on the outside of the front office door.

I didn't got the continental breakfast, all there was was a bottle of "sunny D" in the refrigerator. the office smelled like indian food so strong it made me nauseous when I went in.

Convenient location. Roach under the pillow. This Travelodge is very convenient to rte 128 and Bedford facilities but is in much need of repair and update to meet the needs of the business/family traveler of 2007.

We drove seven hours from home expecting a clean comfortable room. We checked in, left luggage and went out to eat. When we returned we noticed a large wet area on the carpet beside the bed. On better inspection we concluded the last guest had vomitted on the floor and the housekeeping staff tried to do a quick coverup! We complained to the front desk, they insisted they had done a carpet shampoo demonstration on that small section of carpet. We let them know that we knew better and would like a different room. Finally they agreed to another room. The next day we left to attend business in Boston. We returned later in the afternoon only to find our key did not work. We called the front desk and they had checked us out. We had to argue that we had reservations for 3 nights that had been prepaid! We had to produce our resevation confirmation. The same thing happened the next day!!!! On top of all this, housekeeping never once cleaned the room, took out the trash or left clean linen!!I I would never in any way stay at this Travelodge again!! I would probably never stay at any other Travelodge for that matter.

This was a convient way to visit Concord, Lexington, and Boston. Right on the bus line to Boston. Staff helpful.

Nothing. Everything. Friendly staff, but kind of ghetto and way far from Boston. The towels in the rooms were dirty and made my skin itch. The bed sheets had stains on it and when I got home I had bites from bed bugs. Bad experience.

I was in the Boston area for a job interview and needed a cheap place to stay, the travel lodge was the best price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was probably the hardest I have ever slept on, but the room was clean and nice for its purpose. If I was going for an extended stay I probably would stay somewhere bigger, but this place is easy to get to and a good price!

The hotel wasn't bad for the price, and it is right outside of Boston, very easy to get to.

NA I like nothing about this hotel. It was dirty and smelly, All in all a very bad experience. The rooms were smelly and dirty. I asked for a smoke free room only to find an astray and matches in the room that also smelt of smoke. The hotel was dirty and smelly. If you want a clean bed to lay your head, you SHOULD NOT choose this hotel. The mattress was very dirty and you could see what looks like blood stains on the mattress and back spring. This was a horrible experience for me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just a place to crash before the 6AM flight home. All we wanted was 2 beds and a clean room. We got the beds but the shower was dirty- 2 thin towels and the wake up call did not come. Enough said

The Bedford Travelodge was very clean and convenient for my purposes. I was looking for a reasonable place to stay for one night not far from Boston. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to others.

The bathroom was really clean. The mattress was so hard that it prevented me from getting a good nights sleep. The area that surrounds the hotel is quaint and we felt very safe in this area. We checked-in after the office was closed so when our friends called in the morning to speak to us, they were told that we had not checked in. Fortunately, I reconnected with our friends and they were happy to learn that we in fact had checked in. For $25.00 more, we could have stayed at the Hilton. (Our friends checked about staying at the Bedford but decided it was too expensive, not family orientated, and their swimming pool was not yet open.) When I learned this, I felt as though we over paid for this 2 star motel.

The hotel was in a bad location. Very hard to find. The room was dirty and had a very bad smell. The bed was like a rock. The people running the hotel spoke very little english and could not give us directions to anything. The was used soap in the shower and hair in the bed.
