This hotel offered a continental breakfast. Area was clean and well-maintained. The outside needs a face-lift. The towels were rough, dingy and dirty. The sheets had yellow stains, the toilets did not flush properly, The carpet felt dirty if you walk around in your bare feet. The bathroom floors were dingy around the base of the show. The hotel only has shower-stalls which were dingy and yellowed. The rooms were cold, even with the heat on because a major draft were coming through the sliding glass doors attached to the main sleepy space.

Do not stay here!!! We stayed for one night and did not sleep from 1am - 5am. There was a fight with the people next to us. They were banging on our door, screaming in the parking lot, and the police were called. One person was asked to leave while the other continued being loud until 5am. Called front desk several times to complain.Nothing was done! Spoke with manager who offered 10% off our bill (big deal!). We were told they can't control other guests! Eight days later I was charged a second time on my credit card. It's been 2 weeks and they still have not refunded me. Manger told me it was a computer "virus". If you want a night time entertainment it's a great place....if you want to sleep find another hotel!!!! HORRIBLE!!

I had a business appointment in Lancaster and stayed at this hotel because it was the closest. However will not stay in the future due to the hotel dirty and the rooms looked outdated. Next time I will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Staff was friendly. Rooms are classic motel. Setting is downtown.

TV worked well. Cheap toilets flushed incompletely. Rooms were adequate. Exterior appeared shabby. Concrete stairway had cracked and settled. Appeared unsafe. Doorframe between connecting rooms had been forced and cracked. Poorly repaired. Makeshift window locks had been installed. Felt insecure.

the room was clean ,and overall everything was nice.the exterior needs some work especially the concrete steps which were cracking and uneven.

Prompt welcome when arriving and not to expensive. The location of our room was very noisy in the early morning because of highway outside. Overall it is what I expected for the price and for what I needed.

It was very clean and friendly. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

The location was ok and the staff was very friendly, but the beds were very uncomfortable, like the mattress was old and worn out. The air conditioner worked fine, but was loud. The shower was quite worn and stained. We had to slam the entry door to the room to get it to close properly. Overall, this hotel could use a good refurb.

The pool was adequate. The beds were very small, shower was dirty, and door to the room did not close tightly. The door did not close tightly.

We visited Amish country while we stayed at this hotel. The service was good, the room was initially clean and the restaurant in the hotel is very good too. The continental breakfast is held at their front office and is sometimes cramped when there are more than 3 people there. The office people try to keep the breakfast items stocked but there were times when the breakfast was cleaned out by a large group ahead of us. We came back 10 minutes later and it was fine. We stayed for two nights and the room service didnt completely change all the sheets the next day- it seems they only just make the bed if you are staying for the next day. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed the stay there. The manager [...] is a nice person- checkout was quick.

Not much, except staff. Entire complex in disrepair. Staff was great, wallpaper falling off walls, large air space completely around exit/entrance door, bed spread was yellow stained, toilet had a habit of not completely flushing, and more. Motel should be rated 1/2 star, won't stay there again Carl Lorentzen.

The Amish Country Travelodge was adequate and comfortable. The office provided an extensive collection of brochures associated with local tourist attractions. The continental breakfast was not an elaborate affair, but it was, again, adequate for our needs.

Location. Missing light bulbs, bad electrical outlet. This hotel is good for a night or two, but not for a longer stay.
Date of Stay:

The hotel isn't really bad it was just that our door got stuck on the first day they said they would change rooms the following day we never got to change rooms. The Tub you could not even take a bath because the stop to the tub was broken i asked for them to fix it they didn't get anything done about it until the night before we where to leave. They area was nice the people where nice but they needed to take care of the customers better.

Location. The wireless internet cut out every 5 minutes. When you first step out of your vehicle to check in you are greeted by the smell of Indian food coming from the on site Indian restaurant. Be prepared to smell that smell for a while as every room in the hotel is blanketed by that smell and there is little to do to get rid of it. Also be prepared to call the front office 300 times a day to have them fix the wireless internet as their connection goes down repeatedly which makes doing business or keeping in touch on the road difficult. All in all you get what you pay for and this is the cheapest hotel in the Lancaster area.

The staff at check-in was very friendly. The room was bad, the bed was too hard and the furniture was old. handles were broken off the dresser and the drawers didnt work that well ( off the tracks)and the sink stopper for the drain was broken. The desk had a chair but it was like sitting a park bench. not comfortable at all. Also friday night there were people yelling outside our door at 11:00 at night. I think the only really nice thing about the place was that it had a nice pool which we used for about an hr. I will not be going back there again.

Nothing. Odor in room was nauseating.
