we had made our reservation for the wrong day - when we got to the motel - the girl at the front desk was rude and very unhelpful - the lobby smelled! the owner of the motel was sitting in the back - (we could see him at a desk) he was rude and very unprofessional. we lost our money for the wrong night and did not stay the night we got there as the people were very rude and the motel was dirty and smelly!

Convenient location. Buffet breakfast was skimpy. The rooms are better than most budget properties. The housekeeping is excellent. Personal amenities in the room exceeded expectations. The staff, mostly family, are quite gracious. I met several guests that stay at this property on a regular basis. The staff is excellent and the rooms are a great.

Very convenient to the airport. The complimentary breakfast was very limited in selection and space to sit. For in and out business travel where no in-hotel meetings or dining is required, it's a good value. It's near the airport and easy to get to.

Hair dryers. The front desk called our room and scolded us for being loud when we were very quietly laying on our beds watching TV and taking showers.

Friendliness of staff. Accommodation request was not fulfilled. This motel is exactly what it was supposed to be, a no-frills value for the traveler who needs a clean, simple place to sleep and shower.

The staff was one of the most accommodating with the best attitude towards customer service I have experienced. The rooms were a little small. The hotel certainly lived up the corporate name. Preferred hotels of the world!

It took less than 5 minutes to get to the Little Rock Airport. No elevator. The hotel was convenient to get to from the highway. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms came with a small fridge and a microwave.

It was clean and well maintained. Too far from airport no shuttle. The hotel was very clean. I felt very comfortable and a single Mom staying there with my young son. They offered drop of service to the airport but it cost me $10 to hire a shuttle to get to the hotel. Taxi would have been $15.

Lots of cable TB channels. Rooms open from outside. This is a motel. The room entrances open from the outside. I don't like motels.

Very clean and comfortable - great for the price. Very economical - perfect for the basic hotel - great for those business trips when you are in town overnight.

Clean sheets. Not really "at" the airport as Indicated. Not bad. Thought It was closer to the airport than It was. Still, It wasn't too far. Super-small breakfast area. One table! Nice and helpful receptionist. Mc Donald's right across the parking-lot.

The location. Traveling as a single woman I was concerned about having to enter from the outside. It was ok, but I won't stay at a hotel where I have to enter from the outside again, unless I'm traveling with my fiance'. It's not particularly safe for women. I wasn't displeased, I'm not enthusiastic.
