Not a thing. The room was dirty the shower was filthy and smelled like sour cloths.

This hotel was dirty and falling apart! The wallpaper was coming off in our room, the bathroom was dirty, and the windows had no screens - which wouldn't be so bad if housekeeping had closed the window, but it was left open and anyone could have come in had they wanted to. The parking lot and lobby were also messy and nothing had been vaccumed! It was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in.

This hotel was dirty, did not look like a vacuum cleaner had ever been used. The bathroom was usable, but needed some serious renovations. I would avoid this place!

The hotel was old and not very clean. The staff was confused by my online reservation.

The non-smoking hallway reeked of smoke. The staff didn't seem to mind as they smoked right outside the entrance. Honestly, between my tub having hair in it, the room being extremely hot, the air conditioner not working and the fact that the non-smoking hallway smelling of cigarette smoke, I would never stay at another Travelodge again.

Pool was filthy and bathtub was dirty; doors to mechanical rooms and kitchen were left open; desk attendant was nowhere to be found at checkout; entry door to back of building was broken and open the entire time; breakfast had to be a joke. This was a 19.99/ night hotel not 75.

Staff made it seem as thought they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay here. Bathroom was disgusting. Two double beds in the room one with 'stains'. DO NOT STAY HERE, if all other hotels are full, sleep in your car insted.

The staff and restaurant were very nice. The hotel itself was dated. Terrible smell of smoke on every level. This hotel badly needs to be upgraded. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The first room we were checked into had an unpleasant moldy smell; we were moved upon mentioning this to the front desk. The hotel was dated and not well maintained. Continental breakfast was very limited. Front desk was pleasant.

The Aberdeen Travelodge was a fine experience. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Outdated, tiny room (had to turn sideways to enter/leave bathroom). Size of room. I wanted was a place to sleep and it met that requirement. No sign in room telling one where to find ice. One-star economy is an adequate description.

We arrived at the travelodge and drove through a riot of people. (totally unrelated to the hotel, but a bit scary and showed the area we were staying in) The room window was locked using a 2x4. There was glass, underware, and garbage strewn around the parking lot. One of the doors to the outside near our room was kicked in (glass was broken) and a nail was shoved into the lock. I felt very unsafe walking around by myself. More lighting in the parking lot would help with security.

I was away most of the day. Motel was quiet, good price and met my needs for just sleeping. The motel needed a lot of repair in the bathroom and the halls reeked with smoke. Also, the halls could be cleaner. All in all for the price and for just for sleeping it was a good deal compared to the prices of the nearby motels. I would call it a stop over motel but not one I would want to spend the entire day. Not a vacation motel.

Did not like anything except the location. The filth was obvious in everything, and the smell was almost unbearable. I would never willingly stay at this hotel unless I was extremely desperate and had no other options.
Date of Stay:
December, 2006
Nothing. Smell, dirtiness, security, drug deals in parking lot. This hotel was dirty, and stank in the halls and stairwell. There were no locks or security on the entry door to the room areas to keep out non-residents. Witnessed drug dealing in the parking lot and most external lights were not working. Beer bottles and cans scattered around the area, including the hallway. We did not stay here; we left and found another place for the night.

The car alarm that went off all night long and the 5 calls to the front desk to get him to do something. The old creepy dirty place. Don't stay here.

Convenient morning breakfast Room had a musty smell. Conveniently located, the Travelodge hotel was easy to find, check in was easy, as well as check out. The room was clean and neat. The people were nice, and there was a bar right next door that was great for a couple beers after our long ride!
