It was clear that they were only newly set up. Often queues at reception. could do wit installing wifi or some form of internet access that people could use their own laptop not pay for the use of the PC in the lobby. Liked the idea of having a taxi company at hand which were very fast when called. lovely hotel in general. would stay again.

Great value and ideal location for flying out from Dublin Airport. My only complaint would be the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors

Very noisy location and almost no sound proofing. Our toilet roll holder was missing and we had to ask to get shampoo. There are no internet facilities in the hotel so it was a big drama for us to check-in online for our flights the following morning. Or room was huge (I think because it was on a corner, but that just meant there was more space for the noise from below to creep in and more light from the street lamps below.

There are several issues with this hotel. When we got there, we discovered that the room would have been cheaper if we had booked directly with the hotel vs. through Venere. Also, they put us in smoking rooms to begin with. Regardless of where you stay in the hotel, you have to walk through the smoking room hall, which has a terribly unclean odor. We paid an extra £10 to check in early, and the room wasn't clean. The bus stops were close, but there was no safe way to get there. We had to cross heavy traffic near a busy round-about. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.

The room which we had the first two nights at the hotel was just fine. Although we had been assigned to an occupied room initially the staff very quickly corrected the problem. The night of the 20th which we had reserved on the 13th was not as acceptable. Several light bulbs were burned out, there was only one sheet on the bed and we were given a room with only one bed in it. Although that did not create a big problem for my brother and I we were both upset that the one night cost us considerably more than what we had paid for two nights in the same hotel and the accommodations were less. Recommendations I would make are these, 1. Let travelers know how to use the key as the source of elevator travel between floors as well as the activator for the electrical setup in the rooms. Both of these were quite foreign to us and it took seeking out someone for assistance. 2. Provide wash cloths in each room for all individuals in that room. 3. Produce a better map on getting to the hotel from the airport giving the number as well as the name of the exit, or if there is a shorter way it should be outlined. It took us nearly two hours to find the hotel because of all the road construction and the lack of knowing the exit number or the name of the exit we should have used. This would be a great help to those of us who are not accustomed to driving on the left side of the highway. The amount of concentration it takes just to drive takes away from ones ability to be looking at signs that seem to just pop up at the exit rather than a distance from the exit so that appropriate lane changes can be made safely without endangering the whole highway. I realize this is not your problem, but a better map and description of how to get to the hotel will enhance the situation considerably. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff was most cooperative and helpful to us. I'm not sure why it cost us more for one night than it did for two, but it's too late now to

For the price of this room, it's wierd that the breakfast is not included. You can get the breakfast in the restaurant in the same building, for a very huge price

Newly started hotel with lots of problems therefore. No temp.storage of luggage after checkout last day!Two very nice attendants at checkin desk.Restaurant in hotel didn't take cards.Service in restaurant (below average)^2. Perhaps good place after a while of operation - but this stay was full of complications. One can feel for the personell that has to work under these circumstances.Bad planning by the owner!!

Hotel was great value for money. Restaurant is a little pricey but a nice surprise in a Travelodge. The local area isn't great and not really a place to walk about. Expect some strange looks from any taxi drivers or locals when telling them the area you are staying in!! But over all it was good, room was nice size and only 14eur to airport. Reception even booked our taxi when we were checking in. Very helpful!

i stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, the 1st night was the worst night that i have ever spent in any hotel, the room was directly over the front door and for the whole night there was constant noise of vehicles dropping people off, but the worst was the people that were standing outside smoking, talking, shouting they were drunk and as the never ending night went on they got drunker and louder, the second night we were moved to a higher floor at the back of the hotel and i slept very well, but the Sunday was ruined for me as i was so tired because of Saturday night

The place is ok, clean and confortable. The problem was that the first night started the smoke alarm at random time, 2 or 3 times through the night (imagine our shock!). As explanation they told us to have some problems in the kitchen (?), but it was all OK. The same thing repeated EVERY NIGHT, and every day we had a different explanation (because of different receptionist!), we haven't sleep properly for 4 nights!

I thought this hotel was very good value for money but I did find it difficult to locate from the instructions I received. We had to ask at the airport information desk to help us follow the driving instructions and even with the aid of two maps almost missed it. It was difficult to spot from the road until we had passed it. Unlike the Days Inn further up the road there is no large signage to indicate you are approaching the hotel. We arrived at 9.30 at night and felt uncomfortable about the numbers of young peole hanging around on the opposite housing estate. We would have felt happier had we known in advance that there is a secure underground car park - that we could drive directly into and enter the hotel from. The fact that the receptionist said it wasn't safe to leave the car on the road confirmed our feelings about the area. That said we were told that the area is currently undergoing re-development.That aside the staff were very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. It was fine for a short, overnight stay.

Our room was very modern and large(We had a room on the corner so it was extra large) The hotel was all new and clean and relatively close to the Dublin airport. the cab fare to the airport was 15 euros. How ever I would not stay there if I was visiting Dublin for vacation. The hotel is not in the greatest of Neighborhoods. It is in what appears to be a very low income neighborhood with lots of project housing. I would not dare go out after night. It is all very far from the city center. But if you need a place for one night to catch a very early flight then it will suit your purpose.
