This is the worst Motel I have ever seen. mold in the drawers ,rugs filthy, bathroom door didn't close, doors have been broken into and they have cheasy locks.mais don't even have carts they use a shopping cart.. act like you are asking too much to get your room cleaned. had room switched other room wasn't much better hole in wall in bathroom. please don't stay here it's very dirty you would be better off staying in a cardboard box!

No problem with our late arrival, but we had to ask for a different room because the window did not close properly, lightbulb needed to be changed. There is a lot of traffic noise during night as well. I would say if they were charging 20% less may have ben more appropriate.

Good water pressure. This time the hotel was really awful. What an awful experience. Towels where dirty and falling apart. Shower was filthy. My wife sprayed Clorox spray and you wouldn't believe the dirt. Ants on the floor, broken lock on the door. Guy working there looked like he hadn't taken a shower in a week.

Dont go to this place unless you are very tight with money. It almost screwed up my trip.

Parking lot. Beds were dirty and very squeaky. Hotel was very grudge. Toilet had cracks in the bowl, No toilet seat lid. Shower was unusable as it was very dirty with green stuff growing in bottom. Beds were very squeaky, would wake you up turning over, Also beds were very low to ground. No alarm clock. Lights on wall by bed not working. Carpet pilled up and dirty. The worst room I have ever stayed in.

To summarize I will not utilize a website to purchase again. If you stay there you will see why.

Everything bad. Everything bad. Worst hotels I have ever been. The fare was extraordinarily high and the amenities and the cleanliness was very poor. Would not recommend to any one.

Absolutely nothing about travelers budget inn. Everything.

Nothing. Everything and they tried to double charge us. The stay at this hotel was awful. Then they tried to double charge me. The room was not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing. Room given had a connected door to the office which was scary and unsafe to live in. No telephone response was given when needed. Nothing good to be written about this hotel. Check-in time was 1.00 and I came at 3.00 p.m., in spite of that the room was not ready to check in. They had to get the toilet and bathroom cleaned. Nothing was arranged properly when I reached. I booked for a double bedroom, and paid for the same. But when they saw that I was alone going to be there, they gave me a 1 single bed room which had a door connected to the office. This door could not be locked from inside, it could only be locked from the office. That made me feel very unsafe and no privacy. TV didn't work properly. The only thing that was working there was the internet. There were insects like large spiders. Hence a very bad place overall. Very far from Niagara falls. Need to take a bus or a trolley if you don't have car. Although the hotel provides you with the pass to the bus, but the bus frequency is too less. Hence this location is not convenient, especially if you don't have a car or are traveling alone. Bad experience in all. I do not recommend this to anybody.

Surrounding it were shoddy hotels, so it seemed like a star in darkness. The bathrooms were not in the finest quality (holes in shower). For its price, the hotel delivers everything you need, including (especially) good rest.

It is a 1 star hotel with minimum facilities. The hotel manager gave a different kind of room and charged me more. I booked 2 rooms with single bed. But the hotel manager gave 2 rooms with double bed and charged $20 more. I asked him to give what I had booked for, but he said he did not have a single bed room. I had to spend more money which defeated the purpose of booking an economy hotel.

The location wasn't bad. Housekeeping was terrible room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. house keeping could be improved more towels in room. I believe we would stay again. also cont. breakfast shouldn't open muffins for guests.

Not much to like Meets basic needs. Poor quality Bed was full size not queen as specified. This hotel is of poor quality. Sheets and bedding consists of combo sheet comforter (no actual sheets) Bedspread is a basic blanket. TV is poor quality (old television poor reception) Poor room lighting and very cramped room. Locks on door are poor. Bathrooms are old and the entire hotel needs new wallpaper and general cleaning. In general this is the probably the worst hotel/motel in the area. Staff was friendly but everything else is lacking.
