I found this a clean and acceptable place to stay. It is 10 minutes metro ride from the main attractions. It is situated in a pleasant residential area. There are a couple of nearby metro stations.

Breakfast was simple but very good. Toilet is very clean, but the refrigirator did not work at all, must be very old unit. Must install a wash basin at the toilet, too. Shower was perfect. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Thank you overall.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but that is to be expected in Paris. But the facilities were clean. The breakfast was a typical french breakfast but the service was good.

We were very happy with the hotel and would stay here again. A couple of staff did not speak much English, however we were able to make ourselves understood as required. It is located between 3 tube stops so is convenient for accessing Paris easily.

Hotel staff very friendly, free internet. Room was great and the bathroom was surprisingly big. Location was about a 5 minute walk to the trains. No parking was available so had to park in a parking house, this was quite expensive, but expected for Paris. Highly recommend.

The hotel was good value for money, clean, close to the metro and several good restaurants. The room was a bit on the small side but this is to be expected in Paris. The only down side was that our room faced the road and there was some traffic during the night which could disturb light sleepers. The area was fairly residential and I felt safe walking back to the hotel from the metro after dark. I would stay in this hotel again if I went back to Paris.

I can recommend this hotel to everyone. It had great location, very good prices, super-friendly, helpful stuff who even ironed our shirts and folded our clothes when tidying the rooms. Also, very very good French breakfast with fresh croissants, cheese, jam, great coffee.

Reception was helpful. It was a pleasant stay. Clean with spacious toilet but hairdryer did not work. No replacement unit. Safe & quiet neighourhood. Direct bus fr Orly airport via AirFrance Bus. However, if you are travelling with big luggages, be prepared to walk for 25minutes to hotel as AirFrance bus stopped at Gare Montparnasse. Nearest metro Gaite is 15min away. Travelling via metro was convenient with low fee if you purchase a Paris Visite from Gaite metro. Found a very good Indian restaurant Aasman at rue Daguerre, 7min walk away. Overall good but a little away from all the shopping at St Lazare,La Fayatte & tourist hotspot.

For Paris, this was good. People were nice to us. Exceptionally small room with small bathroom but Paris is like that for medium priced places. We only slept there and were out sightseeing all day. Quiet place. Easy walk up street to metro in 14e - approx 10-15mins. Very French continental breakfast served by lovely ladies. Close to restaurants. No internet PC and no laundry but reception takes washing and return that day for fee. Internet cafe close by but keyboards diff language. All in all, happy with this hotel and service.
