Turbin Tom's. Need i say more. NASTY !!!!!!!!!!
Date of Stay:
July, 2009
They didn't receive the reservations correctly, only had one room left with two-queen beds despite our online reservation - luckily they had the one. There was a dead roach on the table when we walked in, and a roach on a "clean" towel. Otherwise, the location was what I expected for the price.
Date of Stay:
April, 2008
The beds were so old they were slanted even to look at, the ceiling tiles had fallen into the bathtub. When we checked into this hotel, the staff was friendly. However, when we got into our room the beds were so warn that they slanted upward with the foot of the bed elevated higher than the head. There was used soap bars on the bathtub and sink. The ceiling tiles had fallen from the ceiling into the bathtub. We called down to the front desk to tell them about the tiles, and someone literally came in and just pushed it back in the ceiling. However, it had been raining or leaking because the tile had been wet and kept falling out. When we did finally decide to go to sleep the beds were so warn that you felt every spring in the bed it was like sleeping on bare springs. The pillows were not much better. The Hotel is similar to a super 8 in the respect that the hotel rooms are direct exits except the rooms aren't very sound proof and this hotel is located just off the interstate. The noise from the street was constant and overbearing. The "free breakfast bar" consisted of dry cereal donuts and apples. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. I have stayed in Tulsa many times and have never had such a terriable experience.

need to clean rooms better and fix water damages

The room was nice and clean but that due to it being newly remodeled. The old rooms had some nice friendly critters that occupied them. Make sure you ask for the reovated rooms if there available. The surroundings were noisy, there was an apartment complex behind us and there was heavy traffic in and out of there. The bar stayed open late and had singing and dancing all night long if you like that. I wouldnt stay there again unless im tight on money!

Located close to grocery & liquor store. Had micro/fridge. Internet connection couldn't be obtained from the room they put me in. They should ask if it is needed before selecting a room for me. Close to things but internet connection was horrible. I have booked better rooms for much, much less. Check in time isn't till 3 pm. Should get more time for your money than that. Would only stay there again if it was my only choice.

We were in town visiting friends and were not planning on being in the room most of the time. When I called the hotel questioning if the room was a non smoking. The gentleman said that that was not specified but if I booked that night (through Travel website) he would watch for the reservation and mark it non smoking. We got in late evening and were offered our choice of 2 rooms - 1 was closer to the front but they weren't sure if it would be cool enough or the 2nd the air conditioner worked well but was in the back and he stated that some people didn't like to be that secluded. We chose the 1st. The room has seen better days but was clean - other than a cleaning cloth was left near the TV. The mattress seemed soft but we slept well both nights. The temperature was probably more than cool enough for most people and was ok for us once we moved the thermostat to below 60 degrees. The room did have a refrigerator and microwave which was nice, but no hair dryer or iron which would have been nice for when we went out. Overall it was a good room for the price and the service was excellent except for the dirty cleaning rag and it was clean both in looks and smell. It is missing a few of the niceties of the next step up of hotels but then the prices step up quite a bit too.

We did not receive the room we booked online. We had requested a 2 queen smoking room and ended up with a single queen non smoking. Not that big of an issue since the room we were in was recently redone. There are a few eating places within a mile of the hotel. The staff could have been friendlier as well. We would consider staying again since the price is quite low.

Location. Smelled like mildew. Good place for a guy with who doesn't care about clean or odor.
Date of Stay:

Bedspreads had holes, cigarrette butts on sidewalks everywhere. Trash was not picked up around pool. Mattress was terrible with lumps. Room was OK for clean, but didn't always get towels needed. It was cheap for several day stay but would never do it again.

Hotel off 44 Highway on off ramp so when you leave and come back to hotelits difficult to get back to hotel. Room had distinct smell, changed rooms a little better but still had a smell. We brought our swim suits pool was closed & looked like they were not going to open pool. So if you have a family you will have very disssapointed children. I would not recommend this Hotel I would spend a little more and get a better Hotel.

Extra charge for internet. The hotel; didn't tell me that there was extra charge for internet access; I've stayed at Extended Stay America in the past & there was never charge; It took me 2 hours to get connected; You've lost a Customer.

"This was the worst! Not worth $20 yet alone what I paid. In the room - strong smell of mold, wallpaper pealing off walls, carpet felt damp, TV remote didn't work, holes in walls in bathroom, Huge stains on both chairs, clock not working, walls paper thin. paint/stains on carpet. The ""continental breakfast"" consisted of one type of bagel, one type of cold cereal and coffee. We didn't even eat there. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

Very good value for the money.

Location was easy access from expressway. Dirty, moldy and stuck even in a non smoking room. Breakfast had to be thawed so we could toast a bagel like food substance. Lots of construction workers stayed there which reflects the luxury offered. I survived and I needed a cheap room.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
I thought for the price I would enjoy my stay. The air return filter was clog with dust so my room was hot. I seen roaches crawling on the night stand. The building needs lots of maintenance work inside the rooms. I should get my money returned.

Comfortable, nice staff. Wireless internet was so slow it was useless. Acceptable value for the price.

"Horrible customer service, rude staff, airport shuttle was not a round trip and is not 24 hours, you are expected to take a cab back, air conditioning didn't work, comforter had slits and holes all over it and looked dirty. Would not recommend to anyone"
Date of Stay:
October, 2007
Only price. Bathroom did not work, sink overflowed, they had to move us and room was a little better. Location ok and price ok, but other than that I will not stay in hotel again or will I tell other people to stay there. We should get at least 1 night stay credited back to us for all the trouble we had. Hotel clerk told us they would see what they could do the night at 11:30 p.m. When we had to move all of our stuff. Because the sink was overflowing and I had to throw away a lot of our stuff that was on the counter.
Date of Stay:
June, 2007
"The rooms in the main building had a mildew smell and were filthy. The wireless internet is non existent and if you didn't have any back problems before you checked in, you will have them when you check out. The orange juice machine, both ice machines, the soda machine, both washers and dryers were broken down. The power went out and the back up generator was not working. This is a hotel where homeless people that need lodging are staying. Unsupervised children run all over the place If you value your health, safety and sanity do not stay at this hotel.."
