Our flight arrived late at night. We thought this hotel was a little closer to the airport which was the main reason why we booked a room here. In hind sight I would have paid a little extra to stay directly downtown. If your travel needs are in Renton, by all means, this is a great place to stay and you can't beat the price. Complimentary breakfast was a nice benefit.

Remodeled with all new colors and comfort Teenagers ran the hallways and seemed to be unattended. This is my second stay at this hotel. It has been remodeled with all new colors and comfort. I really found it very comfortable. I will continue to stay here.The location is easy to get to and it's pretty centrally located, nothing within walking distance though. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. The manager genuinely cares about each guest.

From the minute they handed us a bag of jellybeans upon our arrival to the "Have a safe trip home" on our departure, this was a terrific experience. Our room were very nice and very clean, as were all area's of the hotel. Their staff was exceptional. We have grown children with families who live in the area and they not only opened up their breakfast room for our family gatherings every night, on one occasion they brought us a plateful of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room and friendly staff. Kids in other rooms ran up and down the halls at 3:00am. Great for the business traveler or weekend get always. Easy to get to. Close to many shops and restaurants.

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were excellent the continental breakfast was very good with a wide selection. I will stay here again.

We stayed overnight to catch a flight the next day. The location is just 10 minutes from the airport and the rates were more reasonable than the closer hotels. The free shuttle was very timely and courteous. It runs until 11 pm, which was convenient for our late arriving flight. Very clean, quiet, and free continental breakfast. The only complaint was the room smelled very strongly of air freshener and we had to open the windows.

Had to call two times to get the shuttle driver to pick me up from the airport. Shuttle driver was rude and did not care how long I was waiting. The room was small and the hallway smelled like smoke. Kids running up and down the hallway most of the evening. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Everyone here was so friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport and to local stores was so appreciated. It was free. I was very impressed. Breakfast was fantastic. They went all out.

Hotel receptionist was very friendly when we checked in at 10pm. Our room was very clean and cheerful. Breakfast was just right type of food and great. I'd like to stay there when we travel again.
