We used both the fitness center which had all new equipment and the pool which was pretty large for a hotel and it also had water toys that the children really enjoyed. The kids enjoyed the pool so much they stayed for over 2 hours one day. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. A full breakfast is also included with the room which was good.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the best we have ever experienced! Nothing. I wish I could always stay in a hotel this clean with staff this exceptional. Thank you.

My family and I have been going to the Mayo Clinic for just over a year now. We have stayed at this property in the past when it was a Heritage Suites, it was ok. But they have new management 100% renovated property and lots of extras to go along with it! The new TownePlace Suites is definitely my favorite hotel in town now becuase when i am at the clinic for my appointments my wife and kids will usually stay at the hotel and play in the waterpark keeping them occupied and wearing them out for a good rest that night. So now that this is a new property, with new management and ownership....I would say you would be foolish to choose anywhere else in town because not only is it a nice facility but the price is comparable to a 2 star hotel and this is a 4 star hotel (i think) very compitive prices though. The staff has gone above and beyond my expectations to kepp my family and i comfortable while in town and have got to know quite a few of the staff members on a personel level. They have converted me to a mind set where "I will not stay anywhere else" and when i travel elsewhere besides rochester MN I try to find a TownePlace there too! All in all i got a great deal, comfortable room, kept the kids occupied and they even had a good time and was well feed by their breakfast buffet every morning! Thank you once again to the staff at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Rochester MN

This hotel was perfect for a weekend family getaway. The pools are perfect for kids, and the breakfast is wonderful! Our room featured a full sized fridge, dishwasher, dishes and flatware, a stove, cookware, and a microwave. They even had laundry! We'll definitely be going back.

Outstanding for the price! My husband was amazed at the quality of hotel that we had received for the price. We would definitely go through priceline again. Thank you!

This hotel had an amazing apperance and the staff to go with it! We checked in on new yearseve, and I could tell that the hotel was at 100% occupancy. The check-in process was fast & easy dispite the large crowd. We had no complaints and the ammenities were like no other hotel I have stayed at before. All & all I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the rochester area!! GREAT FACILITY & KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

clean, convenient to Mayo, restaurants close staff seemed occupied with personal (non hotel) issues Charges for internet access, hotel across the street (Towne Place)does not. Towne Place seemed much more comfortable, friendlier, free breakfast, pool, and a much better value for the same fee. Hope that we do not get Extended Stay next time if we bid.

I have stayed in rochester commuting for the twin-cities area for two years now, and am really glad i have found this dimond in the rough for Rochester lodging! This is truly a one of a kind hotel, it has a great hot breakfast, in-door water park, nice fitness facility and the rooms are the biggest ones i've stayed in while in town (like 50% bigger). The staff was great and the rooms were amazing (my room had a full kitchen and private bedroom for $*). This property was renovated summer of 2008 and let me tell you, STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE EVER IN ROCHESTER...... you wont be dissappointed! trust me

My family stayed here due to having a family member visiting the Mayo Clinic. This was an extremely nice hotel. GREAT breakfast, awesome shuttle driver, huge room, and 3 water slides. Only complaints are that even though we cancelled our previous reservation for 2 rooms to get one big one, I kept getting charged for the other rooms due to the staff saying we didn't cancel them. Also found 3 spiders in our room as we were checking out. Maybe they wanted to say goodbye?!! :) Overall, was a very pleasant stay.

Suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. No continental breakfast! Spent only eight hours in the motel as we had to get on the road early in the morning. TVs were good sized. Wish we had one like yours in our bedroom at home!

The kitchen and TV's. Pet charge of $100 non refundable. Would like option of using this specific hotel on next stay using Priceline.

The rooms are very spacious. Pool was closed for cleaning. Hotel still has that new house smell. The rooms are very nice and spacious, flat screen TV's were great and the in room kitchen was well stocked with non food items. Late at night I got hungry and went to the food market to get some popcorn. Prices were noticeably more than at a grocery store, but well worth it for the convenience.

It was very clean and the workers were all very pleasant. The pool was a little colder then it should have been. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know going to Rochester. Very nice place. The breakfast was very good/ nice variety of food. The employees were very polite and helpful.

Spacious rooms; good beds, good buffet breakfast. Pull out beds for kids are very uncomfortable. Nice room, clean, good breakfast. Staff somewhat undertrained and often confused as how to handle problems.

Each room had a kitchenette, which was really convenient. Television remote was missing. I felt that it was a good location just off Highway #52. It was easy access and other stores and restaurants were close by. A very nice swimming pool for adults and kids, plus outdoor picnic tables and BBQ grills. I look forward to going back again.
