the room was comfortable however pots were dirty and there was a hole in the closet door. it was quite noisy on my floor but as it was thanksgiving weekend this was not an issue. the check in staff was amiable and free wireless internet worked seemlessly. i stayed at this property 3 years ago and it was better maintained. this time the carpet in the lobbies and elevator were quite dirty. i will stay at towne place suites again but not at this property.

Liked the fridge, stove, and microwave ect. No lobby. The hotel had clean room, with a full kitchen and accessories, also fridge. Great overall stay, only drawback was no lobby to speak of and conservative continental breakfast.

I am in the US Coast Guard. My family and I are relocating to Miami. We needed to stay some place clean and comfy. We stayed for ten days while we looked for a house. It was nice having the laundry facility. We have two children (4 and 1) and two cats. We stayed in a 2 bed room suite. The seperate bed rooms and kitchen with every thing we needed made this a great money saver. Even though there are great places to each in walking distance there is also a grocery store in the same area and it was just cheaper to cook easy meals. When family comes to visit and we don't have enough room at our home we will send them to this hotel. The pool was very nice, but it was closed for three days of our stay to be cleaned. Also the Palmetto Expressway is right there.

I had read reviews on other websites that were very mixed. I still took a chance. Unfortunately I waited until the last minute to check in and I was not pleased. The neighborhood is on the border of a business area and what I was told was one of the oldest ghettoes in Miami. I did not feel comfortable and changed my reservation. A customer's car had just been broken into when I checked int. Luckily the staff didn't charge me for one night (well I don't think so, haven't gotte my company's statement yet). But I left.

Location and the amenities in the room. Gym and pool location. Our overall stay was fine. we though the pool could have been more private and gym facility was inadequate as well as the distance from the elevator to our room was quite a walk, considering my wife has difficulty with her legs. The overall location of the hotel was ideal for what we needed to do.

Free WI-FI. Stove was difficult to use and strange smell. As far as Marriott suites go, this one is in the middle range. The rooms have been recently remodeled, which makes it cleaner, but you can tell where the upgrades were. Continental breakfast is free every morning.

My family visited Miami for a funeral. We needed a suite because our adult children were with us. This hotel was the best price; we found it very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location was good for our family - easily access to expressway to airport, family home, and other necessities. Would stay her again.
