Date of Stay:

Off the beaten path but 2 minutes to restaurants, shopping. Room was large and very clean with amenities you would expect from a Marriot owned hotel at very affordable prices. I must add that I was there for (4) days for a funeral. I mentioned it at check-in only. On the actual day of the funeral I returned to my room to find a care package and a Condolence card signed by many staff members. VERY classy!!!

Excellent expanded continental breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Very happy with the stay. Positives: Room is spacious. Very helpful Front Desk staff. Nice breakfast Location - mountain backdrop a plus. Very quiet area Free newspaper Cons: Bad bed, no back support in the room.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spaceous and appeared clean (although a prior guest had cooked some sort of seafood in the kitchen and the aroma stuck around). Tthe staff was friendly and helpful. The location is right off the highway and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again when in the area.

Best breakfast ever (waffle make was the best); accommodating staff; clean rooms. Heating unit too loud. The location, service and convenience made our visit to my relatives very stress free and enjoyable.

Nice place, seems fairly new. Nice staff. No complaints. This was my second time using this hotel, both experiences were great!

Kitchen, dishwasher, etc. Poor construction and cheap materials. No soundproofing. Good for business traveler who is at location fordays and wants to cook some of own food.

Convenient location and great amenities. Wish they had an indoor pool, but the rest was great! This convenient and comfortable housekeeping suite was the perfect solution for my stay in Littleton. Great staff, terrific price and fresh-brewed hot coffee, 24/7. Can't wait to return.

The hotel met my expectations. I would stay here again. Nothing. This hotel is perfect for long term stays. The room is very comfortable, near restaurants and stores, and I would stay here again. There is a propane grill that we used with my family to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday.

Brand new hotel with great amenities. Nothing. This was a very nice hotel with great amenities. The gym was above average, the lobby was excellent with coffee, juice and cookies, and the breakfast was above average. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upscale, attractive, welcoming and so quiet against the foothills of the Rockies. There was nothing we disliked! Driving across I-25 and into the edge of Littleton, CO we were delighted to find this charming Marriott nestled at the edge of the Rocky Mountain foothills. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Our room was fresh and well-appointed. Made our brief stay (2 nights) much too short. We're eager to return.

The personal touches of staff asking about our group/reasons for stay that were discussed in a phone conversation. The studio room could use a little more floor space. Our experience at this hotel was phenomenal. The amenities appealed to both the younger and older children we were traveling with, as well as appealing to the adults! We have never before experienced such a filling continental breakfast with such a good selection. The convenience of being able to cook our meals in the room was an added bonus that saved time and money for the entire stay. The staff was beyond compare with the friendly service, warm cookies, and remembering those tid bits discussed via the phone while we were making the arrangements. I have already recommended this hotel to friends!

Hyatt was decorated well with large couch/wet bar/desk. This Hyatt hotel was excellent and exceeded my exportations. Two large rooms, all was great with large, fold out couch, working desk, computer plug in, wet bar. Only small disk like was small bathroom. Clean and sharp! I liked this place!

The staff were amazing and accommodations were very clean and convenient. Room was very small. Fold out couch took up most of the spare room. The closet opened toward the entry door, which was awkward. We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nicely appointed with full kitchen. Also, we appreciated that they served a different continental breakfast every day. We stayed for 5 nights and it was nice to have something different to look forward to. The staff were amazing. The room was just a little small for all the furniture in it. When the couch was folded out you couldn't walk between it and the bed. WiFi worked great, when it worked, which was important to us. It did go down for the bigger part of one day, but we weren't there anyway and it was fixed when we returned that evening. There was a nice selection of current local and national magazine for the guests to read and enjoy.

Location for family visit. Needs an additional mirror other than in the bathroom. Friendly staff, clean, moderate hotel in good location.

I love the people/staff -wonderful! I love the location- out of the way, quiet. Room set up cozy and clean. I love this hotel when I come to Littleton. It is quiet, clean, and the staff is very helpful and warm. The room size and configuration was cozy and everything in the kitchen was clean and handy. I like that it is not on the beaten path little noise. May be a bit boring for kids but great for business or if you want a nice, quiet, clean place to stay with great customer service.

I like having access to a computer to handle and unexpected business. I wanted to upgrade when I saw there was only one bed in the room. Everyone was courteous, the hotel is well-kept inside and out. I will look forward to returning on my next visit to Colorado.

Great kitchen amenities and the five pillows were very comfortable. Was pleased to have room straightened everyday. No hot tub. For the price we paid, I was very impressed. I slept like a baby.
