Excellent rates. Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff helpful. Short drive to all local sites. Restaurants very close and wide variety of tastes and price range. Highly recommended

The Hotel was a little bit hard to find, it is tucked away in a rural section of Falls Church. IT was about 1.5 miles from the Metro which was good. The outside was generally clean and the rooms were decent except for the carpet (Green Just like in the picture) and the TV was small and hard to view from the Bed. It was Quiet with great service. It had a full size refrigerator, a small stove, small microwave, and even a dishwasher with a few dishes. We paid sixt five a night during the Cherry Blossoms so based on price / location it was a good deal. If you dont mind a little bit of a drive to the Metro stay near Dulles for cheaper and better places to stay. If you want location and a mini suite stay here.

I had a good experience at the Townplace suites. I was traveling for business and was not in the hotel except to sleep. Had no problems or concerns

Fresh fruit and coffee available in the mornings, location. The air conditioner leaked, condensation all over the floor and when mentioned to the staff, nothing was done to make the problem correct.

Enjoyed the hotel. The suite was pefect for our family. Took the Metro into the city and had a fun time seeing some sites. The hotel is in a residential area and is NOT easy to find the first time at night.

I'm AT this hotel right now. HS internet is wired, so no messing with wireless etc. Bed is the most comfortable EVER. Room has fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Perfect for extended stays. Location has a neighborhood feel..it's not right off the highway. Quiet.

The room was large for the rate we paid. The full kitchen would have been great if we had been in two longer than 2 days. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Our bed was okay. The breakfast ended at 9 a.m. weekdays, a little early for us since we were vacationing. The hotel is about a mile from the metro park and ride, but it wasn't a bad drive. The lobby was a bit shabby looking.

A/c was broken first night, but was fixed promptly and staff checked back to be sure it worked. It is a small suite hotel. We had a studio which was comfortably sized. The kitchen was set up nicely. They have a 3 occupant limit; so there were only 3 of each item in the kitchen. It has a $250 recovery fee if you smoke in the room. It was actually not far to MT. Vernon or capitol hill. Several moderate priced restaurants in the vicinity.

Clean, neat, welcome atmosphere. Bathroom needs to have few small cups for mouth washing. I had the feelings of home welcoming. Every things are neat in its places and waiting for me to use them, from closet, bathroom to kitchen, living room and especially the bed, it looks like mime at home. Thank you very much for selecting this hotel for me.

The staff was excellent! The sheets for the sofa bed had to be requested - but were brought immediately Wonderful - we were in town for a birthday party so didn't need to be near monuments, etc but did find that we were very close to metro and were able to take a quick tour.

Neat, clean, and I like the hotel apparant I think they should change the bed sheet. It doesn't feel smooth. This is a nice hotel beyond my expectation for 2 stars.

I loved the kitchen and the offer of free rollaway. It was a great deal. Very clean, nice stove, fridge and microwave. I wished I had found out about this place before we booked our trip to Boston. Will definitely stay in the chain again.

Convenient location with kitchen and coffee/juice/fruit/bfast bars in the a.m. Shower water was tepid and this was not remedied during my 5 day stay. Upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around at strange hours (11pm - 4am).
Date of Stay:

Unmotivated staff, not particularly helpful, failed to even answer the desk phone at one time, although the clerk was visible Not a bad place, but I guess I expected more from a place labeled as a Suite. The desk clerk seemed befuddled by nearly every request that I made and was seemingly unable to work the computer. He was persistent, but never did solve the problem.

Very clean, very convenient, friendly staff. Our room was not cleaned up after the first night. We were very pleased with the hotel, the location and the staff. Our first night at the hotel was Dec 31, next morning we went out all day and at our return to our room we found out it had not been cleaned, bed unmade, no clean towels, etc. We called the front desk to complain, and they told us the cleaning crew had the day off for the New Year. We were unaware it was going to happen and we were disappointed.
