Large clean rooms, with full size refrigerator & full kitchen. I did not like that I had to leave. Nice hotel, comfortable bed, clean, well maintained. The added bonus was that we had maid service every day, most extended stay type places only have maid service every few days, but here it was every day.

Have stayed numerous times over the last 2 years and always appreciate how the associates go over the top to make your stay great. Even during construction it was great.

This has to be the lowest chain in the Marriott family. Poorly run, poorly kept. Staff had a "could care less" attitude. Room fixtures were cheap, AC wouldn't cycle properly so I froze and then overheated. Room had a small kitchenette. The oven smelled so bad I litterally took the bedspread off the bed and covered the oven with it trying to hide the horrible "curry" smell. I spend at least 2 nights per week in Wichita and have NEVER been back to this hotel.

Even though we stayed here in January and March when construction was in progress, the staff went out of their way to accomodate us in every way...The new renovation is going to be wonderful when completed. Even so, they gave us a roon newly refurbished, with wonderful and smart decor, extremely comfortable beds, and a great breakfast!! We didn't mind the construction going on because they (Staff) did everything to insure our stay was sooo pleasant. We were not inconvenienced in the least!!Great staff and super place to stay!!

It's a typical Marriott. When you walk in there is a smaller lounge / breakfast area where you can get coffee and Breakfast in the morning. They have a small store where you can purchase pop, snacks and other food items. The hallways are clean and quiet. The room I had blew me away. Bed, pull out couch, huge work desk with data ports and well placed outlet for laptop. A FULL KITCHEN including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and stove. Also included all the dishes you'd need. I was only there for a night, but if I needed it for longer this would be the place. My rate was very reasonable (less than 100). I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. The staff is friendly and actually act like they value you as a guest. Go down 29th Street (west) about two blocks and there is a bar called The Chalet. Easy access to expressways and major Wichita roads.

Great complimentary breakfast bar. First night we stayed there and needed extra blankets and pillows. They said they didn't have any extras, the parking lot was mostly vacant that night. Even if I was a business traveler I would like to have a hot tub or something relaxing. The pool my not be so necessary, but a hot tub would be nice. The fitness room is deceiving. You have to go clear down the street to use someone else's building.

We were assigned the wrong room type and 20 minutes later were able to get moved to the right room. Breakfast the first day was a disaster, the tables were dirty, no coffee ready, no rolls, no waffles and the attendant was loudly telling everyone to just be patient. The second day was better. Two out of the 4 days there was inexplicably no maid service at all and when it was done they basically made the bed and provided clean towels but no cleaning. We had to go to the main desk to get clean towels and toilet paper as there was no one available to bring them to our room. It was very disappointing to pay for a Marriott and have this kind of experience!

The bed and linens was extremely comfortable. The juice machine was broken the day we were there. We found the room very comfortable. We both liked the bed and the linens and slept very well.

Upon arrival, Mgmt was super friendly, helpful and professional. Greeted with a Smile and courtesy. Rooms could be a little larger, however, arranged well and provided every amenity.Great selection for breakfast, especially extended Continental. Very pretty Reception, breakfast area. Rooms were immaculate and decorated well.Very comfortable, enjoyed my stay!!!!

Good location and good price. No lobby because of construction, poor wireless connection. Very nice room. Internet connection was not very good. The hotel was under renovations so there was no lobby and very dusty on the ground floor. No laundry due to renovations. I was very happy with my room on the 2nd floor. Will be very nice once renovations are complete.

Convenient location with breakfast. Bed was very uncomfortable. Great hotel for extended stay travelers. Towels were picked up but not replaced (had to go to front desk). Bed was nicely made, but uncomfortable. Good budget hotel.

Location. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub had been removed but was still advertised. Excellent location for our needs. Soccer tournament) The room was adequate for our family of 4. We all loved having the full kitchen with the full size fridge.

The in-room kitchen. The sound of the highway. I liked the hotel, I was able to make a great dinner right in the room without having to go out. The bed was great and the room had a great setup to it.
