Large, open room with big TV. Wish it was closer to block E. Very comfortable, staff was very friendly at front desk, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Desk space would be nice if needed. Full kitchen also was nice.

I stayed here in January. They've recently remodeled the lobby. The staff said they were getting new TV's and updating the rooms soon. The hotel was quiet, and I was able to get my work done quickly and efficiently. There are great little restaurants all within walking distance and even though it was January it was worth the walk. There's lots of places that will deliver too if you'd rather not walk. I really enjoyed the full kitchen because I was able to have breakfast in my room which saved me money. I'll be back.

The place is a complete dump but I wasn't going to write a review until I discovered (30 days later) that they also charged an additional 137.78 to my credit card after check-out without any notification or explanation. They claimed the check-out clerk made an error in devising the new rate for an early check-out, and it was my "mistake and not the hotel's for checking out early". But during the actual check out clerk, the clerk advised the new rate was 99.99 for early check out and this is the amount showing on my receipt. I checked out because the free internet service was not working for 2 of the 3 nights I did stay there. However, the place also hasn't seen a bucket of soapy water or paint since 1980's. If you can't find another extended stay hotel downtown, you're better served to choose a place out by the airport or Mall of America. It's a quick ride downtown on the train.

It was within walking distance of every placed I wished to get to. The television stations were a bit lacking. The rooms were quiet enough, clean enough and convenient enough to warrant another stay there in the future.

Half mile hike to light rail, safe. The bars that serve the best food do not allow minors in after 9:00 PM. Smoking outside is at your own risk, no ashtrays, people congregating.

The kitchen and the location. How close the outside sidewalk was to the exterior wall of the hotel. Was very clean and had a very home like feeling to it.

Pleasantly surprised with the location and the quiet spacious rooms. We used the great parking and then walked along the river, walked to nearby restaurants, and enjoyed the area.

Comfortable beds and good location. TVs were tiny and very dated and my room did not have a remote control. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel and rooms were very clean. Some of the room furnishings are pretty dated, however.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool was closed, no breakfast, no shuttle, and paid parking! Stove, bathroom was dusty and not very clean for a hotel, water temperature was cold. We had to pay for parking.

Every single staff member incredibly nice androom very comfortable. Overall this hotel is great for solo business person. Fridge, sink, dishwasher, coffee pot, kitchen bar with stools great when you're on the run all the time even has a fireplace if you have time to relax one night and or the hotel attached has a restaurant & bar.

Convenient parking, very secure feeling, friendly, bright, cheery, nice pillows, carpet clean. Bed was very hard, could use a comfort pad. Hotel was nice and in a nice part of city, a little different than where I usually stay, I had to pay for two parking lots, because was too far from shopping to walk overall a pleasant experience.

The staff was very helpful and the location was good. The room set up and hotel accommodations. The staff was great and the room was clean, but there were dogs in the hallway. The pool was out-door and not clean, however the location was good for my needs.

Liked the amenities and the staff. Thin walls and problematic television set up. We stayed at this place to take the bar exam at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The problem is that the hotel isn't exactly downtown; it's just north. So be prepared for a walk. The plus side is that the amenities such as the kitchen, refrigerator, workout room, pool room, etc. were great and so was the staff. On the downside, the TV had lots of problems (turning off and changing channels unexpectedly). But the biggest problem was that the rooms had thin walls. Our neighbors acted like they had never seen cupboards before and so were in and out of them all night long, which sounded like banging bass drums in our room.
