We liked everything. Staff was awesome. We would definitely stay there again. It was our first get away and we will always remember it.

We stayed at the hotel for three wonderful days and found the staff so helpful in catering for our needs, the hotel was well run and spotlessly clean. We would recommend any potential visitors to use it. Thanks again to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel because of the terrible front desk personnel. These people just do not care about their guests. They think that just because they have the Marriott name then they can get away with anything. The hotel has a "grab n go" breakfast which is simply awful and they constantly ran out of what they were supposed to have. The attitude of the workers there is so sour, if you ask for anything such as extra towels they look at you like have two heads. These people simply have no regard for the customer, I asked for a breakfast box 15 minutes after the breakfast closed, and the girl wanted to say no, but instead she finally "did me a favor" and grudgingly gave me the box. My wife and I were there with our cute 2 year old daughter, and when my daughter said hi to them they said nothing back. They say they clean the rooms but they really don't. We had some dirt on the floor, and even after the room was cleaned the same dirt was still there even though they had promised to us that the room was to be vacuumed. These are simply bad hoteliers here. It takes attention to detail to run a hotel right and they are simply lacking the care which this takes. There are many other hotels to choose from in the area, I would recommend the Hawthorn Suites in nearby Chelmsford as a good alternative.
