The hotel is nestled into a beautiful NW neighborhood located just off Highway 52N, and centrally positioned to great shopping and dining. We are within walking distance or a short drive from companies such as IBM -1 blk-, Hitachi Global -1 blk-, Vision Solutions -1/4 mi-, Benchmark Electronics -1/2 mi-, St Marys Hospital -2 mi- and the Mayo Clinic -3 mi-. Our suites allow you to relax in style while balancing work and life with the comfort, flexibility, affordability and service you deserve.

Spacious studio, one and two bedroom suite floor plans include a large desk, comfortable seating and pullout sofa. Luxurious bedding, separate living and sleeping areas, fully equipped kitchens and LCD HDTV's make guests feel at home.

What are your breakfast options?: We have a complimentary hot and cold breakfast buffet which is served from 6:00am-9:00am Monday-Friday, and 7:00am-10:00am Saturday and Sunday.

There is a Bakers Square within a mile of our location that does serve breakfast food all day; they are similar to a Perkins.
What transport is available to get around?: We do have a shuttle service that runs from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm on Monday-Friday that goes to the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary' Hospital. There is a bus stop location about a block and a half from our property, and that takes you to several locations in Rochester. You may just have to change buses to get to certain locations. Otherwise there are 2 taxi companies in town.
What can I do nearby?: We do have expanded cable and a DVD player in each room. There are area movie theatres, golf courses, and other attractions.
Do you have internet?: We have both wired and wireless high-speed internet access in all our rooms at no charge. No password is required.
Do you provide parking?: We have free parking available at our location in our lot.
