It is a great place to stay as a business traveler although for a vacation, I would probably go for something a little plushier. I would definitely stay there again for my business travel into Richmond.

They hotel had the MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Was very clean with new furnishings. We were not left any coffee after our room was cleaned for the next morning. The hotel is hidden in a forest of beautiful trees. It's more a residential, quite type setting yet close to all the amenities you would need. The rooms are nice with new furnishings and the most comfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Richmond!

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The room was very clean and well-kept, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cutlery, and glasses, as well as pots and pans. The bathroom was spotless!!!! (That is always good!) The hotel employees were very helpful and assisted us in finding restaurants and shopping locations. I would reccommend this hotel to everyone as a great place to stay.

Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Inconvenient location. Difficult to find. Hotel certainly met my basic needs. Although it was difficult to find, location is extremely quiet and restful. Bed was only adequate. Towels reminded me of sandpaper. Nicest part was the helpful and friendly desk clerk.

The location and the simpleness of the hotel room. The hotel manager Sheila did a good job in fulfilling our request for our rooms. The free continental breakfast did not serve much to the purpose. Good hotel and easy access. Quite okay for a suite.

EVERYTHING! Fabulous place to stay for a while! Nothing One of the best places I have ever stayed in all the way. Top notch from start to finish. Especially the nice quiet location

the staff was very friendly loud, could clearly hear person next door talking on his phone, also the room had a funny odor I would not stay here again, as I was not impressed with the upkeep of the room we were in. It was very noisy, and had a odor to the room. I paid too much for these accomodations.

The staff was very good . Hotel very clean. Smelled like smoke even though non smoking.

Clean, plenty of room Hard to find - not visible from the road Very nice room for the price - complete with kitchen with refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. Clean and well kept. It is a little hard to find, especially late at night, since the road sign is faded and difficult to see at night. Once you find it, though, it's a great place.

Clean, close to location, easy to find, very good quality for price nothing Our overall experience was very good in fact we intend to use them over the coming months many times. Was very pleased with location, security, cleanliness and overall staff. We will be staying there again.

Low quality Low quality. Missing basic amenities that other hotels at the same level provide, such as hair dryers, etc. Air-conditioning/heating unit was in the room but not working.
