Tucked away in a wooded area yet still near I-71 and lots of shopping (Costco, Target, Barnes and Noble), the Towneplace suites was a great hotel for the price. We were unable to use their outdoor pool since the weather was not warm enough but we were allowed to use the neighboring hotel (SpringHill Suites) pool. It was clean, warm, and well needed after a hard day! Our suite had a broken internet connection cable but the maintenance man came quickly and fixed it in a jif. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy and the windows opened, giving us fresh air during a beautiful thunderstorm. The airport quality toilet paper was my only complaint. They provided nice shampoos and lotions but the TP needed an upgrade!

Fridge, microwave, lots of TV channels, good location. Worst beds ever at a Marriott. I was excited to get a Marriott on Priceline, but I must say it was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed in mainly because of the beds. We had 4 people in our group and 2 people had to cram on a foldout couch that sagged horribly. The queen size bed sagged down to the box spring and offered no support at all (we all ended up with backaches after 2 nights there.)It was nice to have the fridge and microwave, and the room was clean. The rooms seemed smaller than a suite like this should be, just a little bigger room with a kitchenette. But I hope I never get this place again because the beds were so bad. I've stayed at the Springhill suites next door and that was 10 times better (plus it had an indoor pool, a free breakfast and 2 comfy beds!)

The location was perfect! The office was in an old room. Overall great for the price. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Off the beaten path a bit. Excellent amenities, very clean and comfortable. A little out of the way, but worth the extra effort.

2 of the front desk associates were very friendly and tried to be helpful. The location was very hard to find way in the back of a corporate park behind a shopping area. The facilities and room were clean upon arrival, but the sofa looked very worn. Sofa bed bedding had to be attained at the front desk and there were no blankets available, only sheets and a covering a little heavier than a sheet that they called a blanket. The a/c blew directly on the sofa bed and therefore, the children were cold while we, the parents, were hot. Housekeeping was not consistent. First day, sofa bed not made, just left a mess. Second day, hair in the tub., third day, only the bathroom was cleaned. The rest of the room was left with no beds made up. Small locked doorways to get to the elevator with luggage. The room was smaller than expected. No mirrors or sink outside bathroom, so was a big hassle to get 5 people showered and hair and make-up done in one small bathroom. One good note: the hotel was quiet for being sold out. Definitely not what I expected from a 3-star Marriott. I would have rather stayed at a Fairfield inn.

Fast and friendly check-in and check-out. Great kitchen amenities. I was billed for a movie I did not order. Intended for extended-stay business professionals, this clean, pleasantly appointed facility is also perfect for families visiting Kings Island or the Cincinnati area.

Clean rooms, plenty of pillows, nice beds, well maintained. It was hard to find and the sign was buried past the landscape in front. It's a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. I just found it hard to find and then it was hard to see the sign for it.

The rooms were clean and the staff were there if you needed them. Very hard to find. The room we had was clean and a good place to rest. But they were very hard to find. And the web site they sent to us said there was a spa, inside pool, workout room, and a few other things. The only thing we saw was an outside very small pool. It was a nice clean hotel.

The employees were very nice and helpful. This hotel was wonderful. Not fancy, but very comfortable room, and the beds were extremley comfortable. There was a sister hotel next to it and they were also very accommodating. I would defnitley stay there again!

We had privacy at the hotel. The bed was small and uncomfortable. I really didn't sleep well. For the price, the hotel was fine. I would have rather had a normal hotel room and not an extended stay room. The bed was small and uncomfortable. Part of the experience of getting away is sleeping in a giant bed that is comfortable. I just didn't like the fact that it was an extended stay hotel. I prefer the experience of a general hotel room.

Clerk was friendly, room was very clean, quiet location. Difficult to find. We were placed in a smoking room as that was all they had, but there was very little smoking odor. We did have to get sheets for the pull out couch from the receptionist as there were none in the room. It was very difficult to find and we got lost a few times during our search but it was in a very quiet, secluded location. There were fresh baked cookies in the lobby which were free to everyone. The pool was small but adequate. It had a complete kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, etc. The bed was especially comfortable.

The room was a small suite with kitchenette. NA We were very pleased with the room. We did not expect to have a kitchenette, very welcome surprise.

It was quiet, clean, very nice. If the pool would of been there. It was in a nice isolated area, very quiet, yet convenient to everything. Friendly personnel, that was very helpful giving directions. Although we didn't use the kitchen , other then coffee, it was nice to have it, as I'm sure many do use it.
