Upon checking in, I asked if they could tell me the hours of the local zoo. The employee then told me she would check and call me in my room with the answer, which she did. The room and rooms close by were just being finished remodeled. Everything was very clean. The workers were still there working on some adjoining rooms, but were very courteous and did not work early and/or late. The fitness center was fantastic. Great equipment and more than the minimum choices. Very pleased!!

Very polite staff. A little far from where I wanted to be but not too bad. This hotel was great all in all. Very good value, very nice quiet facility with plenty of parking. Located in a good area.

The night clerk was exceptionally helpful. It was truly a pleasure to stay. We asked the night clerk if the TV could be adjusted since it was all green. The clerk came to the room and took it upon herself to remove the old TV and place another in for us. The dishes in the cupboard were so clean we ate right off of them without washing.

Pet Friendly. Beds too soft, room was squished with sofa bed open. Comfortable for 2, but beyond that, the suite is way too small to accommodate an open sofa bed. There were literally 6 inches between the foot of the bed and the foot of the open sofa bed. I expected more room. The bed was also too soft to be comfortable. Kitchenette is a nice feature, but no room to sit and eat!

Well-equipped room included a kitchenette. Snow removal after blizzard was a little slow. Nice place. Would definitely go back.

The staff was great! No indoor pool. No chest of drawers for clothing. Very quiet, once hotel with a wonderful staff.

very cute place didn't have any blankets left, had to cover up with MATRESS PADS!!!! We got there at 130am after summerfest in milwaukee. The man at the desk was friendly and helpful, but we had a pull out sofa sleeper that had no sheets on it. I went to the front desk to get sheets, blankets, etc. They had no blankets left, he had nothing to give me besides some matress pads to cover up with.
