Date of Stay:
July, 2009
We stayed here as one of the Cleveland Clinic Families. The staff and area director went above and beyond our expectations to facilitate our reservations, anticipating our needs and the needs of my daughter who had open heart surgery. The morning of her surgery, we were given a packed breakfast and snack bag by the office staff. This is how everyone was treated during our stay, from the construction workers to those on vacation. I would encourage all cleveland clinic families to choose this hotel for their lodging needs and when we are back in the area for any reason, this hotel will be at the top of my list for reservations. Thank you Karen and all of the staff at this hotel. In a rating of 1 to 5, you all score a 10.

Room arrangement, cleanliness, amenities. Nothing. Great amenities, lobby area could be bigger, very pleased with room, would have liked to stay longer.

The desk clerk is so sweet and personable, we have been there twice and she is the same each time. I like everything about this hotel. clean, friendly. Close to everything. Very enjoyable. Very nice continental breakfast.

This hotel was clean, quiet, good amenities, nice place to stay. Sorry to leave. Great place to show off USA to foreign visitors. Yup, they liked Cleveland.

They were very friendly and promptly took care of an issue we had with the hotel shuttle when the driver locked his keys in the van. This hotel was very adequate for a short stay overnight. We appreciated their friendliness and our ability to buy some Ben & Jerry's ice cream from their little market after 1am when we arrived!

I liked having the kitchenette available and the continental breakfast was extensive. Couldn't get my laptop to work with the high speed internet. I was very pleased with this hotel. Comfy bed, nice kitchenette and extensive continental breakfast.

Room was well lit. Breakfast was very nice. Room layout was not conducive to watching TV. Had to move the chair each time.

The staff was friendly. Rooms are clean. The bed could be a little softer, but still better than a Clarion.

Accessibility to stores, restaurants, freeway, and the staff was helpful. The towels are very rough, and cheap.

Very comfortable and home style. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at. I would recommend this one to anyone.

Convenience to a lot of restaurants, nice beds, clean easy to get to off the freeway. One day we had to complain because they did not clean our room. Good hotel for quick business trip, close to a lot of good restaurants, great breakfast free each morning, great beds, very easy to get to right off the freeway, and has a self laundry room.
Date of Stay:
December, 2007
The beds are incredible! The staff is either incredible or horrible depending on who you get. I slept really well this stay; the beds are very comfortable and amazing! That is the only thing that shined during our stay.
Date of Stay:

Clean rooms, safe, quiet, some staff is pretty good. There are serious management and housekeeping issues at this hotel. I came to stay left a do not disturb sign on my door and my room was invaded and cleaned by housekeeping staff (it was treated very rudely by the clerk). The last time I was here one week ago, my glasses were left on the nightstand. There was no record of them being turned in at all. I have seen superior service and staff performance at dozens of other hotels and a manager who permits this is no manager. I won't stay here again.

Great place for the money. Pull out coach was uncomfortable. Would be a great place for an extended stay we wished we had more time there to take advantage of the kitchen facilities.

Nice rooms and amenities. Customer service is abominable. Left my glasses on the nightstand called a few hours later and checked the next week said they were not found I know they were lying on the stand. Staff not at all helpful.
