Town place suites have an unprepossessing gray concrete art-deco exterior that reminded me of a cell block, but actually is preserved from a famous old publishing house. Never fear, the interior is well appointed with immaculately clean, comfortable suites (fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge & stovetop, comfortable sofa, desk, and bed; avid products in bath; plenty of storage space). Would be a comfortable living space for individuals or small families of hospital patients. Good security with locked (via guest card) exterior and interior lobby doors, plus room door. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Wireless internet worked very well. Great location for cafes and restaurants, staff made helpful recommendations. Pretty good bus service locally, but not close to the main downtown area ($10 by taxi to downtown). Excellent for a 2.5 star location. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We were just passing through on our way to Kansas and decided it would be fun to visit the Museum of Natural History, so we wanted a hotel in downtown Denver. We were exhausted when we finally arrived, and were greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk who got us our key and helped us get driving directions to the Museum. The beds were comfy and the parking was free. (Two questions I always hope to have answered) Thank you.

The staff was really friendly when we checked in. The location was great (close to downtown, Pepsi Center, short drive to ski resorts, etc.). Rooms were very clean. We were there for 10 days, so having the kitchenette was very useful and adequately stocked with utensils. Good free internet service (Wi-Fi slow but physical connection is better). The only downside, you are next to a hospital so there is an occational siren, but they usually shut it off before they get too close to the building.

I can't say enough good things! The room was nice and clean. The maid service kept us nice and tidy and stocked in fresh towels. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. There were 4 pillows on the bed. (Not big to some people, but VERY important to my husband!) We had a morning paper waiting for us when we awoke. I am very pleased with the hotel and our stay. We will definately be returning.

housekeeping definitely needs improvement. upon arrival there were sheets on the floor, used dishes, cold coffee, wet towels and trash. i checked out after 4 days with previous occupants' dishes still in the sink. no "do not disturb" sign so housekeeping knocked at 9 am when i just wanted to sleep in. wireless internet was slow, but free. room size is very impressive with full size shower. a few restaurants nearby or 25 minute walk to downtown denver. 'fitness center' was decent enough. i would stay again cause of location. i hope those same dishes aren't still in the sink.
