The TownPlace Suites Urbandale was a good value. The rooms were large and had a nice kitchen area and dining table. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice amenities in the room. Thermostat didn't work properly. Great place for a small family.

Very quiet even though it was a weekend and kids were in residence. Vanity area separate from the tub/toilet area. Large closet and complete kitchen(I didn't use this but could prove convenient). Dining within walking distance is needed.

The TownPlace rooms were set up very nice. The room layout was one of the best I have been in. The layout was set up to be able to enjoy both the desk work area and also able to spread out in the couch for the TV view area. All of this and it was seperate from my sleeping area.

The size of the room was great as well as having a full kitchen! The continental breakfast wasn't very good at all - no variety. This is a super hotel to take your family to while on vacation! It is equipped with a full kitchen - including a dishwasher! It is pretty close to big cities without the traffic. I would definitely stay again!

Bed was super and very pleasant room decor. Nothing. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay better!

The room was very relaxing and welcoming. This hotel was very nice, I just stayed at a hotel for a week in California which was three times the cost and less attractive, less welcoming and had a lot less service. This was like a retreat for me!

All the accommodations available. So far to walk to my room. A long way to walk to the rooms in the middle, otherwise, it was a fantastic place to stay.

I liked the fact that my room was cleaned everyday and that I was also able to cook my own food and they made sure that the dishes were cleaned. TheTV was not in the right place for the room. Needs better smelling soap. I have stayed in many extended stay hotels but I would have to say, that this one was the best overall. Nice flat screenTV and anything that I needed was right there. I am very happy with the choice of this hotel.

Loved the décor, rooms was very comfortable. Convenient location for us! Great service! Our stay was during the state wrestling tournament. There were lots of teenagers there running up and down the halls until early morning!
