The room was spacious and clean and very nice and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I was visiting my son in college and had snipits of time between classes. I was thrilled to have cable channels that many hotels don't carry when I travel. The only problem was the noise from the adjacent rooms - I could hear the morning alarm (4:15 a.m.) as if it were my own and their talking as if it were in my room. After 3 days of being awakened, I finally requested a room change which they accommodated immediately. The last room they gave me was at the end of the hallway on the 2nd floor and was very quiet - didn't hear anyone and the hotel was full. I would highly recommend this place but suggest you request an end room on an upper floor facing the parking lot (the other side has a busy road) or bring ear plugs.

I loved my stay at Townplace. It was cozy, the staff was friendly, and it was in a great location for geting to a quick store, or gong to the zoo. All in all I don't think I can come up with a reason not to stay at this hotel again.

We had a great time on our trip and the hotel was really a good value. The kitchen was well stocked with toaster, coffeepot, coffee, dishes, silverware, dish soap, etc. The hotel provided us with a travel crib for our little girl and housekeeping came by everyday. The pool was really clean and clear. We would stay again. The armchair in our room had some faded stains but overall the room was real clean.

I found the staff to be very accommodating and the rooms clean and well appointed for extended stays. Access to highways to the city, airport or mountains was easy. Plenty of nearby shopping and services. For the location the facility was quiet and well laid out. I would certainly re stay if in the area again.

I've stayed here many times, in fact given them a 10 every time in all categories. There was just a little dust collected in the corners and on hidden parts of the furniture this time around. Other than that, it's a great place to stay! At over 100 hotel stays per year for me, this place is one of my favorites.

Location was easy to get out from and back to, but at first had trouble finding it. Sign is too small and no sign at corner where you needed to enter. Great kitchen set-up! Nice dishes etc. Hallways were neat and the lobby area was very nice even though small. Helpful girls at front desk too. The other bad part was no in room info in a book type form. Not even a TV listing of area channels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not aware that hotel only offers queen and queen sleeper. That was disappointing. We were placed in a nice room but it was next to a very busy street and we heard traffic all night. When checking in or call ahead and ask for an inside room or one facing the parking lot. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

This hotel is a wonderful place for long-term stays. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and pots and pans, dish towels, dish detergent, even a dish washer. It had internet access through a plug-in and had a sitting area.

I went above my original budget to stay at this hotel and was so happy that I will stay there again. Room for my kids, wonderfully stocked kitchen, very clean, quiet rooms, and very comfortable beds. All in all it made my trip much better. The fact that the staff was so helpful and attentive was just icing on the cake.

Love this hotel. It's clean, and as I've stayed a few times. I stay at over 100 hotels each year, and this is one of the top ones!

Great hotel, beets out extended stay deluxe and others for the quality of cleanliness, etc. Cookies in the afternoon. The fact that it's entirely smoke free makes a great place for the kids. I stay at over 100 hotels a year, and this ranks up there as one of the best.

The Hotel met my expectations with the exception of being on the second floor.
