I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only negative about the entire stay was the location of the hotel based on my search. I wanted to stay near the airport, close to other family members. I was in town for a wedding and I did not rent a car so I had to ride with others. There is a location near the airport but not knowing this was not that location, I booked at this location and was not able to change after I arrived in Colorado Springs.

Friendly, accommodating staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable, recommended local restaurants (very good), large homey 2 - bedroom suite with real (not plastic or disposable) dishes in the kitchen. A little difficult to spot from the street initially, as it is hidden behind a convenience store - but that also made the location quieter. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I came here to visit my husband, who is stationed in the Army at Fort Carson, and it was a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and big. I didn't expect it to be so nice, but we had an awesome time. Plus, it was 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Fort Carson, and we were not far from Pikes Peak. The hotel was extremely quiet and my husband and I felt like we were the only ones there, which is what we wanted. The room was extremely clean and stocked. I would absolutely stay here again and plan on it soon.

Very nice hotel for an extended stay traveler. We were very satisfied with all amenities provided and the friendliness of the staff was greater than expected. The hotel was located very conveniently in the city providing quick access to all that we needed to see.

We booked a one bedroom suite through the travel website. I checked the hotel website to confirm that a one bedroom was a suite with a separate bedroom. The hotel also offers studio's which the travel agent had on their website also. When we arrived we were told we had a studio and that travel website had the description wrong. I explained that I had checked the room type and had specifically booked the room due to the separate bedroom. The front desk clerk was great and looked for and found a one bedroom for us. The room was nice and clean, full kitchen, living area with sofa bed and separate bedroom. Great proximity to Garden of the Gods and other sites!

We are here for the passing of our grandmother, and the staff was absolutely the best. Honestly, the best stay in any hotel anywhere. With a sick kid too, we had lots of kids tv to choose from.

This hotel was wonderful. My family stayed here for 4 days. The room was perfect. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was located by everything we needed. And the staff was so friendly. I can't wait to go back to Colorado and stay at this hotel.

The lady that checked us in was amazing! She was friendly from the start. When we came in with our kids she volunteered to bring us a crib to our room. Later we went to the little store in the lobby and she played with my son while I shopped. The room was beautiful and the staff was great-can't beat that.

The hotel is very nice and new. The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are great. Wish they would have spent less money on making the room so nice and a little more money on the bed's mattress. Very uncomfortable and did not sleep well at all very restless.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I accidentally dropped a bottle of wine just inside the front door and offered to help clean it up but they insisted it was not necessary. Even after they cleaned the mess they took the extra effort to notice the type of wine and brought me a bottle of the same kind to my room. Awesome!

Great staff, clean rooms, very accomodating. The location was difficult to find, their sign wasn't very noticeable from the street.
