The SpringHill Suites by Marriott was increadible, the room was huge by hotel standards, comfortable and functional as well. My room had a king size bed, which was very comfortable and added to the luxury of the room. The division between the bed, bath, and kitchen area worked very well and harmonious. The hotel's location was close to the airport but you could not here the airplanes from the room which was remarkable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional at all times of the day and night. My only commit of concern is in the bathtub. The inside of the bathtub is higher in elevation than the bathroom floor, which makes the step out of the bath a possible hazard for slipping or falling, especially for people with hip or leg disabilities and for those not use to the hight difference. It is commendable that you have the handholds to assist in entering and exiting the bathtub.

I have stayed at the Marriott Town Place in Manchester several times over the past 2 years. They have yet to disappoint. The rooms are a great value for the money and are always clean. The location is convenient to the airport and to I-293 and I-93. I look forward to my next visit to the area and to staying at this hotel.

The room was recently updated. Had an older styled television In the process of being updated. Will be very nice for price point in this generally more expensive region of the USA.

SpringHill Suites at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport was very quiet. I never heard a plane! The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a separate sitting area with a wet bar, fridge and microwave. The indoor, heated pool was a welcome treat. The continental breakfast had good variety, but if you want something more, you will have to drive into town. Within a short drive were places to eat and shop, but the historic part of Manchester was a bit further away. All-in-all it was a good value.

It was new, attractive and well equipped. It was hard to locate - it's back behind the Courtyard with little in the way of signage. This worked well for our needs. We had to deliver two people to Manchester airport for a late flight and then, the next morning, I had a very early flight. My wife took the car home and the hotel has 24 hr van service to the airport. Very convenient and a very reasonable price.

Staff helpfulness. Clean room with all the accommodations you need for a longer stay. I was not there for long enough to enjoy the pool or other facility. It was just what I needed for the occasion no complaints at all. I would like to be able to stay longer next time to enjoy all the facilities at the hotel. What I had was just perfect for me traveling alone the staff made me feel at home and safe. Had food delivered to my room and felt very at home. Nice, clean, and friendly. Just perfect.

Great room. Had problems with the shuttle to the airport. Hotel was great, but I had problems with the shuttle to the Airport. However, the manager immediately addressed the problem with the transportation manager. I was on the schedule; the driver just didn't come to get me. The driver complained the whole way to the airport to the other passengers for having to come back and get me. It wasn't my fault he didn't read the schedule.

Overall this place was a good value for the money but we were not pleased to find the last guests' trash in the wastebasket in the kitchen, (McDonald's stuff, not just a few scraps of paper). It made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. Also, the whole place is non-smoking, which we appreciate, but it has that stale smell of smoke from years ago. It's close to the airport and we got two rooms for a good price but it's definitely not for the fastidious.

It had washing machines. The front desk was different. Pretty good hotel, I stayed at the beginning of my trip and booked again at the end of my trip. Probably would stay again if I was in the area.

Spacious. There were many tiny little ants on the bed, and our luggage. We tried to check out around 10 am and could find no one at the desk to help. It was gross to discover that I slept with all those ants in my bed and on my clothes and luggage. Not having a clerk to tell this to. For those reasons I would rate this place at a low 2 star or high 1 star.

Very spacious and comfortable. The entrance, three doors, and none automatic difficult with luggage. Nice hotel. It is close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The room was very spacious with a king bed, small sofa, table, and chairs, complete small kitchen, even a dishwasher, and a nice clean bathroom. The soaps and shampoos in the bathroom smelled wonderful. There was free wireless internet. The only thing they need to improve is the entrance. You need to open three doors to get in to register and it was extremely difficult to do with my luggage and infant son in a stroller. I arrived late (11pm) and it was easy to check in and the man on duty was very pleasant.

Clean, spacious, full kitchen, comfortable beds (even the hide-a-bed), kind staff, and just besides the mall smoke-free hotel. Little noise from the airport (OK with closed windows). No great restaurants around. Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Good location for a night or two (mall, highway, etc.). Full kitchen. Dishwasher. Smoke free hotel. Close to the airport but only little noise.

Clean and friendly. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of spaces made up for the small size of the room and lack of facilities such as dining area and the smallness of the pool.

The cleaness and the nice employes, helped with maps reall nice. Not any. Very clean and well kept employes were really great to help as we were traverling in that eara the first time and needed a mape.

Staff was extremely friendly. There was no continental breakfast. This hotel was only rated two stars, but it could easily have been a three star hotel. Also, your literature stated that it had an outdoor pool, but it has an indoor pool.
