This my third stay in this hotel. Every time I notice some improvement. It seems they did renovation in the lounge area. Breakfast was simple but got healthier: Cereal, oatmeal, bagel + other bread, fruits, basic drink, healthy snack bar. Enough to start a good day for long time residents. Full kitchen with small oven. I managed to prepare reception for my daughter's recital. Reception became more sporty and professional. House keeping people are very courteous and did good work. Both free wired and wireless internet available. Two computers are available at lounge. 15 min drive from campus but close to Kroger and restaurants.

Bed was great, very comfortable. Pet policy is too expensive. The room contained everything one could want in a hotel room. Great bed, clean and comfortable linens. Comfortable pillows. Sofa/armchair was present and very comfortable. Full kitchen was well equipped and wonderful benefit to this hotel. Breakfast was not mentioned as a service but was offered. Nice surprise.

The staff was very professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and neat. It is not walking distance to Indiana University, but a very short drive.

Convenience and price. Provided coffee, donuts and juice for breakfast. The room was pretty barebones. Cable TV reception was terrible. Overall a good inexpensive spot to stay. Marriot's directions to the hotel were terrible. We were sent off at the wrong exit and had to call the hotel for directions. The real route was very straightforward with the right directions.

Helped family member move to Bloomington, IN. Booked 2-bedroom suite at last minute, after researching all evening for places to hold 5 people. During research best places with ratings were 3 stars. This place would be 4 1/2 stars. Price was almost the same price as 2 rooms at the cheapest place in Bloomington. Was pleasantly surprised with quality of the room. Comfortable beds, easy & friendly check in & out, & clean place.
