Close to the ski hill we were at. Very run down ,very noisy. Not much more than a one star, very run down and noisy, it too bad when the pool is the best part of the hotel.

Best overall hotel in the area. Dinner was buffet style with no full menu. Best hotel in the Gorham-Berlin area. Pleasant location with easy access to Mt Washington/Pinkham notch recreation/hiking areas. Convenient to local snow mobile trails.

Location. No fridge in room, strong cigarette smell in room, only one queen bed.

The pool, restaurant, the over all set up. The hotel was clean. The rooms were of a comfortable size. The restaurant was adfordable price and the food was very good. The overall sevice was very good.

The hotel was kept pretty nice. Wasn't run down. TheTV and the room was pretty small. Rooms not fancy. The hotel was nice. Seemed nicer than the other hotels in the area. Has both interior and exterior doors into the room. Rooms could have been a little nicer.

Location. Room had a smell and the air conditioner was very noise. Hallways and stairs were not very clean. Ok, for a very short stay.

Beautiful location, great views. Non smoking room had been smoked in. Excellent restaurant. Nice accomodations. Near Mt Washington Auto Road in nice little (touristy) town.

The looks of the outside and the lobby and the gym. Mattress weren't good, little run down looking. It's good for a stop over on your way to somewhere. They have a gym and a restaurant which is good.

Clean and big rooms. No elevator, had to carry the luggage up the flight of stairs. Pricey for a hotel which has no elevator. Rooms were big and clean with a wonderful view.

Very attentive to our needs with small children. Could some updating. I really liked my stay at the town and Country Inn.

Well maintained grounds. Nice view from dining room. Further from where we actually wanted to stay. Check in staff was efficient, but waitress in dining area for breakfast had no personality. There were only about three tables occupied in the room but she still never came back to see if more of anything was wanted.

The hotel was an excelent fit for a family with young children. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Town and Country Motor Inn has been around for a long time and it shows here and there, but it is comfortable and provides fun opportunities for families. The indoor pool was our favourite part!

Excellent rooms with fine restaurantl I could find nothing to complain about. This was a well-maintained hotel with an excellent staff. The staff commented that working there was like being with family. They respected ownership and treated guests with respect.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating The breakfast Buffet was not very good. The food was stale and expensive. This hotel is clean and pretty. It's in an excellent location overseeing the White Mountains. It's close by stores and sights. I would recommend it to anyone for business of leisure. The 65.00 a night you can't beat!

We enjoyed staying at the town and country inn. We traveled with a young child and he really enjoyed the pool. We did not like how out of the way from everything we were. We thought we would be closer to attractions than we were. The hotel itself was very nice and for the most part the staff was friendly. I thought that it was a bit of a drive when we wanted to go to see attractions that it took a hour to get anywhere. The restuarant was a bit too fancy while we were dining with a child. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and if we were not going to see attractions would go again.

Budget hotel in the White Mountains. Slow dining room service, small room, small bed. Budget accommodations in the White Mountains. Location good, facility fair to outdated. Service at dining room, desk, and everywhere else (pool ect.) is slow.

Spectacular mountain view, close to town center, great value. This is the third time I stayed at this hotel, and everytime it's been a pleasure. The renovated rooms are large and clean, and the facilities are good. The staff are very friendly.

Surrondings are very calm and lot of greenery. Nothing specific. This hotel is good for people who are travelling and want to stay for short period may be 1-2 days. This is not for newly married couples.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant on-site. A little far from nearby attractions such as Santa's Village and Storyland. Clean and moderate sized rooms with all the amenities (indoor pool, health club, golf, restaurant) and friendly staff. The on-site restaurant is excellent.
Date of Stay:
August, 2006
Pool. Towels were very small. Nice place for a family. Lots of amenities, like a pool, hot tub, dry sauna, great workout room, and even a small video arcade! I'd bring my own towels next time. Even the pool towels would barely go around me, and I only weigh 130 pounds!
