Tower House, Panama City is an excellent hotel. However, at times it can be difficult to sleep becuase hotel is noisy. Seems tobe able to hear both all the neighbours in the hotels as weel as what is happening accross the street.

The Hotel was well located but everything else was so-so. There were many items in the room in need of maintenance or repair. Thankfully we were only there for a short night's stay. One warning---avoid the restaurant at all costs. We ended up paying $25 for 2 bowls of spaghetti in what was a very confused situation....and spaghetti was all that was available to the best of our understanding. No salad--just 2 bowls of spaghetti that were not very good. There are many dining options nearby where you can get a very good meal for less money. You get what you pay for.
