Our guests can choose Luxury B&B in our main house or quality self-catering in the Cottage.

Deluxe B&B Room facilities include: good storage & top textiles & decorations, flatscreen FreeviewTV/DVD tea & coffee facilities, large ensuite bathrooms with full bath & drench-shower (large walk-in drench-shower only in twin bedroom). All have unsurpassed views of our 3 acre garden the Ditchling Beacon & the South Downs National Park. Other facilities include: Free year round use of indoor swimming pool sauna and Spa-Hot-Tub for B&B guests. Large sumptuous guest lounge for guests, fireplace one end and 50" flat screen TV at the other.

Self-Catering Cottage facilities: FreeviewTV & en suite bathroom, L-shaped living/dining room with FreeviewTV/DVD, two 2seater sofa-beds (each sleeps 1adult or 2 small children), solid pine table and chairs, 1 travel cot offered if available. Other facilities include: Fully equipped fitted kitchen, private garden & washing machine/tumble dryer. All linens towels heating & equipment included. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
