| La primera noche de nuestra estancia en el hotel decidimos cenar en el mismo, ya que era un poco tarde para buscar algun sitio para hacerlo. Entre el pan que nos sirvieron habian restos troceados de anteriores comensales. La comida fué bastante deficiente, si tenemos en cuenta que se trata de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Pensamos que las categorias de los hoteles en España no se corresponde a las de Italia. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente con la puerta de la habitación y en recepción me hicieron buscar a mi misma al responsable de mantenimiento, habiendome dicho donde se encontraba. Creo que esto no me correspondia hacerlo a mi, sinó a la persona de recepción. |

| Nous nous attendions vraiment à plus d'un hotel 4 étoiles. L'air climatisé fonctionnait mal et les chambres étaient correctes, sans plus. À l'arrivée, on nous a informé que le prix serait supérieur à celui de la réservation de 20 euros par chambre (deux chambres) puisque les chambres proposées sur lors de la réservation ne permettaient pas de loger le nombre de personnes demandé. Après discussion, nous avons réussi à payer seulement 10 euros de plus par chambre mais c'est déjà beaucoup ! |

| Similar to a stay in a 3 star hotel. Some are even better than this 4 star hotel. Poor breakfast buffet. |

| Generaly very nice hotel - we reccomend it. But: (1)don't book triple room, as you can not sleep on the third one and (2)no outdoor area. |

| da un quattro stelle ci si attende di più: niente appendiabiti in bagno, doccia antica, nemmeno un bicchiere, lenzuola cambiate a giorni alterni! |
