It is only 1 minute's walking distance from St Mark's Square and is situated along "via XXII Marzo", which is one of the most interesting streets in Venice for shopping lovers as it has shops which sell many of the most famous label names.

The hotel consists of three wings; the main building and 2 annex property, the Ca Pedrocchi and the Ca Minotto. The main building is a 16 Century Palace composed of 3 floors (no elevator for historical reasons) and kept the typical Venetian atmosphere. All the rooms are furbished in Venetian Style and considering the historical importance of the property; The Ca Pedrocchi building is facing the Fashion Street "via XXII Marzo", some rooms has also have view on the same street. Rooms in Ca Minotto building are just renovated and furnished with the most elegant and delicate Venetian Style.

The hotel has a breakfast room only which is situated on the 1st floor. After breakfast has been served this room becomes a relaxing common area.
