Very far from the historic center. Staff is nice when you speak english, and not too friendly when i spoke Russian. Probably I wouldn't return. I'd find better hotel.

when arriving in the hotel, staff did not find reservation from laterooms and i had to wait for over an hour and then after complaining i was given room and was told i will pay later.when you ariive by car be prepared to pay 10 pounds a day for parking.i ve met many tourists in the lobby with complains for services and extra fees that they must pay.never tuse hotel taxi.they charge you twice as much as regular taxi and cause they do not have device to read how much you pay...they can charge you anything.i would never sleep in this hotel again.

Nice Hotel for the priceEverything ok, but is a little faar from the center of Prag. The shower was not very good. The breakfast is the same everyday but is not too bad. Wellness center is extra and very expensive.

Spoke English. The bathroom was flooded, restaurants were horrible and overpriced. The bathroom was flooded, restaurants were horrible and overpriced and the hotel is located far from the city. It is not convenient to reach from the airport.

The location is a bit far from the center. you need a taxi each time and it costs around 350-500 CK..

This is a huge hotel (more than 900 rooms), more appropriate for group tours than independent travellers. It is far from the center, you have to take a bus and the metro to get to the Old Town. Although it does not too long (approx 35 minutes), if you want to stay up until late it can be a problem, since the public transport stops running after 12:30 am. The staff is not particularly friendly. Positive points: size of the room and breakfast. Coming back to Prague, I would stay in a more centraly located hotel, even if I have to pay more for that.

Arranged to go to this hotel with 26 other people, upon arrival we were all told that they had no rooms for us even thoughthey were booked months in advance! We were then transferred to there sister hotel which was ok but no faciltes at all.No refund or any copensation was offered and still had to pay the original price for a hotel we did not even stay in!

excellent value for money, but not a budget hotel by any means. Hotel has excellent leisure facilities. Rooms were cleaned daily. Only problem was that our bath towels were replaced with hand towels after the 1st night

It is far from the city center but accessible by bus and train. Love the wellness center and great breakfast. Reasonable price.

The hotel is in an unattractive development area well out of the centre of Prague. However, public transport from the hotel is good and the centre can be reached in about 40 minutes. There is an indoor swimming pool but no outdside pool. Use of the pool costs 7 Euros per hour and as a result is not much used. Restaurants in the hotel are OK and reasonably priced. Good for conferences but not an ideal location for tourists.

We have just returned from Prague and we stayed at the top hotel. This hotel was fantastic, very good value for money. The location is very ideal. The bus to chodov metro station stops right outside the hotel. It only takes about 20mins to get right into the heart of the city. The hotel is just far enough away from the centre so you do not get drunken idiots etc staying. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and we recommend the sports bar which is in the basement. We stayed in a superior room and its was huge!! We will defintely be going back, sooner rather than later.

Was out for the pitfallsThis hotel is value for money but customers need to realise why. The hotel is big and we were given a lovely room in a quiet part of the hotel but also staying at the hotel were coach loads of school children which seems because of its size this hotel is targetted by this type of clientel. Consequently the dining room for breakfast was like a school dining hall food was not replenished quick enough and tables were slow to be cleared. The breakfast was simple but ok. The hotel also offers leisure facilities but beware this might not be included in your hotel price and this is not made obvious from their website. I was informed I got the room cheap so what did I expect. The leisure facilities are expensive to use if not included about £8 and hour each person and the actual gym was very basic. The pool is lovely and the sauna but the steam room was pretty hopeless. The hotel is a good 20mins walk from the nearest tube and to get from the tube you need to take the 115 bus we never found where it ran from but getting from the hotel to the tube was ok as bus stop just outside. The hotel looks like a block of flats in a council estate but is quite grand when you get in so dont be put off by that. All in all if you dont mind having breakfast in a school dining room and you are put in the quiet part of the hotel this hotel was good value for money I paid £25 a night

Nothing really! Far from the centre, not a good breakfast, not as clean as you would expect for a 3 or 4 star hotel. Would notbe staying there again.

Service grade would have been better if there had been an outlet for snack food (sandwiches, etc.). These are available at the bar but the supply is inadequate and no facilities nearby. On one occasion the lobby bar area was closed for a private party (without notice). This made demands and increased waiting times at other F&B outlets. But these points are for 'reference' only. The general of service was very satisfactory

Dissappointment..Good looking hotel at first but the whole experience was terrible!! Staff unfriendly and unwilling to help. We had some really loud noise every night till 4am and the reception completly ignored our complaints. Food served was horrible and really expensive. Would not recommend to someone who wants an easy going smooth holiday. We did not expect much but at least anyone needs some sleep. In three days we did not get any. Terrible experience!

Pleasant lobby area with free wireless internet. Room too hot - air-conditioning was a "fan". This was a huge hotel geared specifically for conventions. I actually selected it in error as I wanted to be closer to the centre of Prague but it worked out okay because the bus stops right outside and transfers to the underground.

I booked the extremely good rate of 40 euro per night... so for a so-called 4 star hotel, that felt like a good deal. Definately with the swimming pool, gym, etc... BUT when you actually get at the hotel you get sth different. This hotel is a zoo, packed with tour groups and big conferences. For the gym and other facilities needs to be paid seperately. You need to pay 40 euro deposit for the minibar. The tv is in tiny seating area so you can't watch it from your bed. They charge you 7 euro per night for an unguarded parking spot. The room does not even have a tootbrush... The breakfast buffet was ok... The location is great IF you don't mind taking a shuttle bus (10 min) first and then change to the subway (20min) to the center. In the future I will spend a little more money and maybe book a hotel downtown...

WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!Good value for money - but about 30 min by public transport to the city centre we've been there aver the weekend and do think it's all worth it for the absolutely stunning breakfast!!Staff is quite helpful - or better... reception ladies are while men were not very polite/useful:Our room temperature was incredibly HOT - we aksed at the reception to do something about it... results: men's response was basically "all rooms are like that" - ladies instead gave us another room :-) ...and an even better breakfast!Another thing... swimming pool is not included, as any other facility
