Really centrally located in the heart of Paris. Poor sound isolation between rooms, so you wake up when your neighbour goes to bathroom.

1) I did check in at 12,00 noon but I was allowed to enter into the room at 2,30 p.m. only; 2) the employees at the reception desk were extremely rude; they were continuously smoking in the small receptipn hall; 3) I asked a few informations about touristic places and the underground services: the answers were vague and given in an unkindly way; 4) I do not recommend this hotel

Nice hotel in a good location, about 5 minutes walk to the Louvre, close to the Metro and right in the centre of Paris. Reasonably priced for the location and for a city regarded as expensive. Clean, comfortable and friendly service.

hotel apparently does not check their emails. had to write to the home office when i had an emergency change in dates. however, otherwise the staff is very accommodating, and made good suggestions for dinner, and able ot give good directions.

I found the facilities to be typical of Paris hotels and the room just as advertised. The room was recently renovated, clean, and the staff were quite helpful. The only negative were thin walls which allowed conversations to be heard through adjoining rooms. Only a mild inconvenience on one of the nights. Overall I would recommend this property to others looking for good lodgings at a reasonable price in an excellent section of Paris.

Cozy hotel, but Very Small room! The location was superb, 5 minutes from the Louvre and 2 minutes to the Metro (Bourse). Very helpful receptionist who booked first class tickets for us to the Moulin Rouge. We are very satisfied!

Price of the hotel was reasonable concerning it's location. Metrostation was very close, about 200 m. Also the Chatellet-station was near, so you don't have to take another metro after airport-RER, you can walk to the hotel. Price of the room was 95 e/twin room, it was 5 euros more expensive than in Venere-pages. Room was surprisingly good concerning the low price. Decoration and furnitures was new in the room and there was a french balcony. Bed was also in good condition, it was like new. Breakfast wasn't included in roomprices, it was 8,5 euros/day. Breakfast was buffet but didn't include warm dishes like bacon or sausages but otherwise it was very good. I would recommend this hotel to my friends! Traveller from Finland.

Our hotel room was exactly what I'd been promised when I made the reservations. Our upgraded double had the promised tea and coffee-making facilities, air conditioning, and TV. The price was great - quite a bit less than the price posted behind the reception desk. And they take American Express, which is relatively rare in Paris. Overall, it was nothing fancy, but it suited my expectations perfectly - it was clean and quiet and very close to the attractions in the city center. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with plenty of little local stores to provide you with most of what you might need.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Aug 2004, and were very pleased otherall. The rooms are nice and tidy; the employees are helpful and correct. We only had the feeling they didn't sleep enough as they gave a tired impression. The hotel itself is very central, and yet it's situated in a very calm area. We had a room to the street and it was silent at night. Only drawback: TV sets are mounted directly on the wall, so you can hear quite everything from our neighbor's TV.
