Stayed 8 nights with my mom who needs wheel-chair at the end of March 2009. Everything was fine and excellent. just one block to Musse Louvre, walk distance to Opera Garnier, Musee Orsay and Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris. Bkft was fine and enough, cheap price and friendly stuff. Really recommend and want to come back again soon.

The location was unbeatable and the staff were great but the rooms were a poor value even with such a great location and staff. The staff were wonderful in greeting, directions, assisting with securing cab, etc. However, our two rooms were located off the entrance and dining area on the main floor. We had no outside windows but windows that opened to the atrium area and people sitting in the dining area could see into our rooms with the windows open and the rooms were hot and stuffy. The rooms were the smallest I have stayed in in any hotel (Only smaller rooms were in a hostel). Also, the metro ran under our building and I could hear the trains running all night!!

Excellent location, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast very nice. Room a decent size for Paris and the bathroom was roomy as well. Would definitely stay again.

Super!! Figured out how to use Metro at the Train Station and it took us only a block away from the Hotel, right in front of the Louvre. Can walk to Ilse de France. Walk up Champs Elysee. Metro to the Eiffel.

we had a small room on the 5th floor , was not happy with it but as we were there only a few days we put up with it as it was very clean, only had one very small cuboard for our clothes nowhere to put our coats , shower very small could not bend down in it . would stay again but would ask for a better room, staff on reception excellent.

Reception staff were always very helpful & pleasant. The hotel is in a very central position for all the main attractions of Paris. Neither the room or the bathroom are overly large, but you are not spending a lot of time in the room if you are sightseeing all day. Why pay a lot of money for a room that you are only sleeping in.

Excellent location but poor facilities and room. No problem if you are for a few days in Paris or stay to the hotel only for a sleep. Very good value for money though.
