| The staff was very polite and obliging, but the rooms were not really in good condition: the curtains were extremely dirty, also the carpet under the bed. There was no toilet brush and the toilet seat was broken. |

| ask for a room upgrade(20€)...the quality of the bed is really poor...but excellent surroundings..nice bathrooms. |

| The hotel is situated in a great area, but I must say I found the rooms and bathrooms too small and the bed covers were quite dirty. I had no problems with my reservation and although there was no noise coming from the street, we could hear other guests in other rooms. |
