Just arrived home after a Sun-Fri break at Tiffany's Have been going there off and on for the last 15 years. i went last year in April and upon arriving there in March of this year. I have never seen a Hotel go down hill so fast. Sunday - arrived at the room it was more like a broom cupboard, had to move the chair every time to get into the wardrobe Monday- evening entertainment, a guy with learning disabilities dancing on the dance floor doing no harm was ushered off the floor because he was upsetting a 13 year old, yes i said a 13 year old singer, the guy was very distraught and started crying and this outraged alot of the guests. Tue - Bingo one of the guests checked a winning ticket for the caller, he then took the ticket back to the winner who asked him where his winnings were, the guy said he'd only checked the ticket and wasn't given the prize money to give to him the compare then got on stage and said she'd paid it out of her own purse. So where was the money, the guy who'd checked the ticket was upset that it made him look like a thief.Nothing was cleared up to tell other guests he hadn't taken the money. Wed - Guy with learning difficulties sister and nephew came to visit Hotel because owner was on about asking him to leave. They paid £15 each for evening ( slops ) and when the complained about the quality of the food they were told ( what do you expect for £15 ) then the lady owner told one of the waiters off for poor service, instead of accepting it was the food at fault and not the service of the food. Thur - Front entrance to Hotel closed for safety reasons, all smokers outside back door of Hotel, lady owner walks through door, hanky over nose waving her other had as though people who smoke are leopers. Husband owner arrives as peolpe were saying they can now see why the Hotel has gone down hill when i said the the owner i had never seen a decline in a business so fast, i was told to shut up i didn't know what i was talking about, and his hand waving under my nose whilst he was telling me to go away he didn't wish to speak to me,all i can say he is the most arrogant, self absorbed person i have ever meet, who thinks that Tiffany's has got the reputation for business, so it doesn't matter how he treats his guests, they will always find other idiots to stay there ( Wrong ) the moral of this is ......--- if you are disabled and want to be upset go to Tiffany's if you want kids running round bar and landings till 1am go to Tiffany's if you want £2 meals for £20 for evening meals go to Tiffany's if you want to pay London prices for drinks go to Tiffany's if you smoke and want to be treated like a social leoper go to Tiffany's these are but a few instances i witnessed over the week 16th - 21st March 2008 i could go on but i hope i have said enough to make people think twice about Tiffany's these problems would had been sorted if the Hotel had good owners rather than owner that only want the money from the guests and don't care about the treatment of them or there staff

the room we stayed in the floor was uneven, there was a massive gap under the room door, so not much privacy, the sheets on the bed looked like they'd been eaten, there was a hole in the ceiling, the toilet was very wobbly and not very safe, the shower had broken and there wasnt enough power in it to wash your hair but worse it was dirty and mouldy, the channels on the tv didnt work only one or two of them and the kettle was in a dire state, the lift in the hotel rarely worked, if you went to the restaurant the staff made you feel like you were a nuasance to them but the food was fantastic, and the location of the restaurant was a bit stupid it was downstairs you felt like you were in a basement as if you wanted to look out the windows all you could see was someones backside sitting on chairs outside and the layout of the restaurant was a bit clostrophobic everyone was sat too close together, the parking was terrible and you had to leave your car keys at reception in case they needed to move your car to let someone else out i would give this hotel 1 out of 10.

No major concerns with this hotel. Just a couple of gripes really. 1) Walls are thin and eveyone's bathroom has an extractor fan which comes on when you switch on the light. I lay every night trying to sleep to the noise of fan after fan after fan coming on. It gets annoying after a while.2) Breakast room was chaotic. I waited for ages. After finally getting a waiter's attention he directed us to a table. When I cam back with my food I was asked by another waiter to move because the table I was at belonged to someone else. I had to pick up my food and walk to another table. Why could they not have sat somewhere else? I would never ask someone to pick up their food and move. When I got to my new table a scary old man came over and gave me a telling off for being at his table. I told him I wasn't moving again.Other than that, hotel was clean. Rooms were fine. I wouldn't go back though. Not really my kind of hotel.

Warning !!!!We stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights. The lift is of a very poor and dangerous standard, which I will be seeking further health and safty advice on. The second day there part of the ceiling started to leak we reported it to reception after 3 phone calls regarding this we had to go down to reception and was told the girl was a trainee and had not told maintenantce which I found hard to believe !! The receptionist had an attitude and wanted to know if our complaint was to do with the room or the leak ! What do you think ! We were then offered another room which was leak free ! The rooms were of poor decoration badly cracked and damaged furnishings. We have pictures showing this !!!

our weekend at tiffanys.we enjoyed our overall stay at blackpool. The hotel is generally not for younger couples like ourselves. Hotels deco we found to be very old fashioned. Felt a little like a room we'd have at our (granparents) but we made the most of what we had and thouroughly enjoyed. was very Clean nothing to complain about as such, just the pics we seen on internet for rooms etc wern't that of what we had upon arrival, so we felt cheated in tht sense. Hotel is situated a far walk from pleasure beach. walking distance from the tower. we only had breakfast there once and it seemed ok we were running late so found the food wasnt hot and the juice wasnt cold. overall we loved it. the room was a little overated but for where its situated u cant complain. :)

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, caberet entertainment is very varied, singers, comedians, dancers etc. as good a standard as most in Blackpool. 3 or 4 each night, weekends obviusly higher standard. games room for kids. Food excellent, enough variety to chose from. Could do with 1 or 2 more staff at busier times, but not a huge problem. Rooms are currently being redecorated, spacious, nice clean bathroom.

Great locationGreat location Hotel, excellent breakfasts - all you can eat buffet style, entertainment good, bar staff very friendly. Room average, ground floor very noisy being next to the back exit/smoking door. Too many children in Hotel and staff should have a policy of not in entertainment room after certain time, the comedian struggled to be heard above parents and children after 11pm.would book a room again, but only on assurance no childrens groups, and a time curfew. There was a junior football tournament the weekend we stayed, and staff were powerless to restrict the children/adults - business is business (we booked last minute)

Stay at Tiffany's June 2009Very good value! we are a young couple going for the weekend, got to Tiffany's early evening, checked in no problems, very trendy and modern reception area, although the trendy carpet stops half way up the stairs to the rooms lol. You can tell its been an older building but the rooms are still very nicely done, clean and fairly modern, tv and coffee in room + small but nice bath room, plenty hot water. Staff very friendly and helpful too. parking at hotel but not enough, but we parked there and only moved the car when leaving. 10 minute walk to the town centre so pretty close to the tower and north parade. tram to pleasure beach tho. breakfast is very good, full english, tea, juice, toast and cerials. big restaurant/breakfast room, again nicely done out. Hotel has caberet room, brilliant entertainment, kids allowed in so ideal for families, will definately stay there again if we can get the same price deal £118 for two nights! Hotel painted bright pink on the outside lol so easy to find, if you are looking for something plush then maybe look else where, lobby is lovely and stylish, rooms nicely done, clean, large enough for two people but not up to a marriot or hilton level if thats what you want. definately nicer than other hotels i've stayed in for Blackpool.

tiffany's was very average, staff were nice and tried to help ,internet did not work and we were trapped in the carpark because someone parked in front of us and did not leave keys on reception making me late for an appointment.
