Good clean hotel, staff friendly, lift very small

This is a very beatiful hotel with original as well as modern Art Nouveau touches. It was a pleasure to stay in such beuatiful surroundings. The room was large for a European hotel and very comfortable. Geneva is a very walkable city with excellent public transportation so the location was very agreeable, an easy walk to the old town center as well as to the main shopping areas.

Nice remodel on the rooms and art deco restaurant. View from room not attractive and some tight corners to negotiate. Nice location for this remodeled, intimate hotel. Just blocks from old city.

Excellent hotel, very chic. 1st class service at all times from all staff.

Free Internet/computer available with printer at all times; located in real "neighborhood" not tourist area. Very small elevator means you must depend on staff to bring up/take down your bags. Beautifully decorated, excellent staff service, comfortable rooms -- this is an excellent buy.
