The no-smoking room I booked smelled like the previous guests smoked heavily - we kept the door open - it still smelled. There was cat poo on the floor (disgusting!)- it was removed after we complained. The bathroom sink was in disrepair - the plumber's putty used to seal the sink was breaking everywhere.The commode was not fixed to the flow properly - it moved as you sit on it. We wanted another room instead - but no luck ( I already paid $88.00 for that nightmare!). I booked the place because of the CAA approval sign. But what a joke! CAA sould do a better job weeding out the hotels that do not qualify.
