Three Seasons Condominiums Mount Crested Butte

The Three Seasons is located a short distance from the base area and is on the bus route offering free shuttle service to the base area every 15 minutes. It is only minutes away from the lifts, restaurants, and shops. This property consists of 53 residential condos, consisting of five single bedroom condos, 45 two-bedroom condos, two three-bedroom condos, several commercially owned spaces on the first floor, and various common area rooms. The building was constructed in 1979. Two of the two-bedroom units are deed restricted for local ownership. There are a number of amenities, including a covered indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, conference room, configurable atrium room for large meetings, laundry room, luggage elevator, vending (snack and soda) machines, pool tables, and lounge areas with TV on the second floor. It offers wireless broadband access throughout the building common areas. It offers extended hour front desk service for our guests. The front desk is owned by CBL and not all service are offered to non-CBLguests, such as housekeeping, key service, check-in, etc. There is on-call maintenance service (emergency maintenance service for the common areas is provided by the association, but interior condo maintenance is up to the individual homeowner). There is cable TV and PBX telephone service available for all rooms (although not all units are on the PBX).
