Excellent pamperingAn excellent place to stay interms of location and quality of the accommodation. persola attention as and whn required of the highest standard. This will be our no. 1 location when in the area in the future.

A small friendly hip hotel. An anti dote to the large factory hotel, where the owners have decorated it with imagination and a certain degree of quirkiness. A small step into the centre of Cheltenham but in a quiet neighbourhood, a great place to springboard into the Cotswolds, with warm and welcoming hotel owners.

Attractive location & central to everything and very comfortable. Owner very accommodating and friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Very individual and owners profession as interior designer very much in evidence making this place very pleasantly and interestingly stand out from the crowd. Can shop for interior design items here as well as read up on it with an extensive library. Splendid breakfast. Because it is a home and a design project as well as a B&B business they have probably spent far more on this house than you would expect of a b&b. Honesty bar is a mark of the owner. Whilst there are many eateries foir dinner, branded chains in main, not many if any to our taste. The one family Italian closed due to bereavement. Get in car and drive out to a recommended village restaurant is my advice.

Excellent quality furnishings & facilities in the bedroom and bathroom. Staff very friendly & efficient. A little bit expensive but I suppose you have to pay for quality. Would be glad to stay at this Hotel again

The service from Jonathan (owner) at Thirty Two was absolutely fantastic - the hotel is excellent - so well furnished and comfortable with not a penny spared on the comfort - shower was fantastic, bed was amazing ! so much oppulence - truly one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in with such personal service. Recommendations for eating dinner and for shopping were spot on. Couldnt recommend it highly enough !!

Top marks from us! Our room was stylish and extremely comfortable - the bed linen was to die for, the room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was well-kitted out with the softest towels, great toiletries and a wonderful deep bath! The owners were really friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Fab breakfast, superb lounge area to sit, read, listen to music or soak in the view.....would definately have no hesitation in recommending Thirty Two!!!

We took a gamble on this as it was a new property, but it surpassed all expectations. It was beautifully furnished and is in a great location. A great deal of thought and effort has clearly gone into the concept and it pays off magnificently. Highlights aside from the room itself included wonderful food and great customer service - friendly and sincere. Would recommend without reservation.
