The hotel was creepy and old. We left early because the room was so old and the outside was unkept - The ice machine outside the room must have been leaking for a month the carpeting was stained - it was disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The water pressure in the shower was good. Just about everything. This motel is very outdated. It is staffed by mostly unpleasant people who are not helpful. I had planned on staying here for a week, but left after 4 days electing to stay somewhere else.

Very Family friendly, wish the pool was heated as the sign says it was, but overall for family and peace and quite it was ok

Very nice breakfast buffet for $9.99. Would have liked the breakfast included in the room price. Breakfast servers were very friendly and a delicious breakfast buffet too. I just didn't notice any elevator to the second floor. A nice feature is that you can use the Bally facility across the street which has an Olympic pool.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Convenient location. V nice court w a tropical-like atmosphere. Room service was lousy to say the least; appeared to be performed by retarded individuals who do not have any common sense. With the exception of an abysmal room service, this hotel is excellent and might as well be rated 4 star. For the price I paid, I would still go back and stay there even w the room service being what it is.

Helpful staff. Did not seems clean - sheets were stained and old. Building feels old with stagnant air and bad smell. Would not recommend this hotel despite very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool and restaurant. Cleanliness of room. There were hairs found all over bathtub and sink upon our entrance into the bathroom of our hotel room. This was very personally appalling to me, since our son needed to take a bath. There were no extra toiletries provided. I wondered, were the sheets on my bed even clean?

Clean, in good condition. Had to go a long distance to get to my room, hard to spot from the road at night. Nice accommodations, clean, a place I'd freely use again, especially if I planned on staying for more than 6 hours.

Hotel was clean. Decor looked outdated. The Holiday Inn was fine for an overnight stay. The room was clean and warm, all that I really needed it to be. However, the bathroom was in rough shape (cracked tiles, some water stains, etc.), my shower was lukewarm at best (also heard other patrons complaining at the front desk), and my bed wasn't very comfortable.

Quiet, comfortable room and great restaurant. The neighborhood left a lot to be desired. The hotel was fairly clean. The outside entry doors were locked at all times and required a room key to get in. This was good because the neighborhood is kind of shady. The room was well-stocked by housekeeping. The restaurant looked very nice and the food and service was very good.
