Located at the Point Arena Cove -- Directions -- Take Highway One north to Point Arena, take a left at the bottom of the hill on Iversen Avenue for 1.5 miles to the end. The Wharf Masters Inn is up the side of the cliff on the right.

The Hotel was great. Very clean,Great view. The one draw back was finding the place. It had very poor directions. I will stay there if we go back to the area.

Quiet andpeaceful oceanfront view of the norcal coast. Very nice rooms with wiew, fireplace and peaceful seroundings. Nice staff, continental breakfast included. Remote getaway recommended to all who love the coast.

Stay away! We were very disappointed with our stay at the Wharf Masters Inn. The place was hard to find; I called the hotel for directions and the lady that answered made it even more confusing. When we finally got there receptionist was on the phone and totally ignored us for a few minutes. When she was done with her personal conversation we got the keys to our room. When we entered the room there was a strong smell of chemicals that made it impossible to stay in and enjoy the room. We opened the windows and went for a walk at the beach and then we had a good dinner at the Phoenix, a nice restaurant with great food on the main street. Got back to our room and we had another problem: the Jacuzzi wasn?t working, the jets were not coming on. At that point I called the front desk to see if someone could fix the Jacuzzi but nobody answered. I called for more than 20 minutes and still got nobody to answer. Next morning the shower wasn?t working properly; the water was either cold or extremely hot; temperature was very hard to adjust. We went to the breakfast room which looked very depressing; it was dirty and smelly, bread products were old and funky. When checking out we told the receptionist about all the problems we had and she didn?t seem to care much, she said it happens all the time. I would never go there again, it was awful. Room was overpriced for what it had to offer and customer service was horrible. I tried to get in touch with the owner or the manager but according to the receptionist they weren?t available at the time. Nobody from the hotel contacted me about bad stay.

We had a great time! We especially took advantage of the jacuzzi tub and balcony with a nice view. Would recommend this place to others.

Beautiful room! There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous! The linen actually smelled clean and fresh, not like you usually get in hotels. The view of the ocean was fantastic. I only wished we had stayed longer than one night.

This hotel is perched on a hillside with some views of a wild beach, boats and a pier. Looks and feels like a seacoast vacation should. Buildings &Rooms have ""personality"". Good seafood closeby.

The room was clean and comfortable. The gal that works the front desk was very nice. Awesome views from the private deck. We fell asleep every night with the deck door open listening to the sea, the fireplace going, and hot chocolate. Perfect. The bed was ridiculously comfortable.

This hotel is perched on the side of a hill overlooking the ocean, pier and a great restaurant. The staff was very friendly. The grounds were very pretty. The room was great with a nice view and was very clean. It was well equiped with everything we needed. The candles were a nice touch and the whirlpool tub was large enough for two. Had a great time. The food at the restaurant below the hotel was super. Try the shrimp platter. Would love to come back again for a few days to this cozy, intimate hotel .
