I tried reaching the front desk by telephone several times, and did not get an answer. When I was at the hotel, I had to wait until someone arrived at the front desk so that I could get my questions answered. I got the impression that the hotel may be understaffed.

Great location with balconies overlooking the bay. A/C was not working correctly.

Convenience to the Ferry Wharf. Not much of a breakfast selection. The Wharf caters primarily to the business traveler who will be working in Hamilton. Darry's Wharf ferry landing is right next door so it is very easy and inexpensive to get to Hamilton at Front Street. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the bay so the view is very nice. The breakfast is a fairly limited continental with a few breads and cereal as the selection. Milk and coffee is available. If you want something more all rooms come with a fridge and a microwave so you can walk to the shops in Hamilton and pick up something to have in your room if you would prefer.

The staff was good. The location is good and the Ferry to Hamilton runs frequently. There are no restaurants nearby otherwise.

On the Water. No restaurant. The hotel was damp and in need of redoing the entire back balcony areas as they were covered in mold.
