Our only issue was the "fan" on the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It got a little stuffy overnight but more than that, when it was off you could hear noise from the hallway and that was kind of a bummer.

The location was great. The bathroom was too small. My stay at the hotel was ok. It was clean, the staff was nice, it was just ok. I would have preferred staying at another downtown hotel.

This hotel was wonderful!!! The staff was great, but our most enjoyable time was spent in Don Shula's Steakhouse was exspensive, but the staff there was unlike any other. Our names were always remembered, and we were treated like the most important customer. I would highly recommend this place, and would stay there again, even if it was over our price range. The steakhouse was not a good place for kids though.

Beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. Bed was too soft.

My husband and I stayed at the Westin to celebrate Christmas, eat at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and enjoy downtown at Christmas time. The Westin was nicely located and the people were very nice. It was nice to be able to walk direclty through the Convention Center to get to our restaurant (especially since it was very, very cold outside). However, when we returned to the room around 11 pm....it was very loud the remainder of the night. We got about 2 hours sleep the entire night. It was horrible. The walls must be extremly thin as we heard every word coming from other rooms, slamming of doors, telephones ringing, etc. It was ridiculous. Also, the lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim. We also had to pay $25.00 to self park our car when we got there. I would have rather stayed somewhere else that had free parking and less noise. We will be sure to stay at a different hotel when we return for our Christmas getaway next year.

We were in town for a wedding, and found that the Westin was cheaper than even the rate the wedding party was getting at the Hilton. Great location, great service. Only knock was that parking was expensive, and water was $5 a bottle. They also had the soda machines off, so you had to buy the $3 ones from the mini-bar. Not cool.

The hotel was up to date and clean. The swimming pool wasn't very kid friendly.

Our trip was amazing. My husband and I just spur of the moment planned a quick getaway. We chose the Westin Hotel in Indianapolis, and it was great. The staff was friendly, even though it was busy, and there was only one hotel attendent there at the time at check in. My husband and I were very impressed and the room was so clean and spacious. The bed was amazing, it was the most comfortable bed ever. My husband and I agreed that this was probably the best room that we had stayed in, and we have been several places.

While in Indianapolis I visited the Zoo and several museums. All were within walking distance and the hotel staff was very helpful at directions and attraction information. The restaurants were excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Convenient location, nice room, quiet. No concierge, not enough staff to ask questions about anything. The hotel is very nice. Nice lobby, rooms, restaurants. There is not enough staff however. Had to wait quite a while to check in. There was never anyone available to ask even basic questions about directions. We never saw a concierge. A hotel of that level should have a concierge there at least some of the time. The staff that was there were all very friendly and professional.

Stayed at this hotel for a meeting. The location was very good relative to the conference center. A good slew of eateries were within walking distance. The hotel itself was nice with good-sized rooms. The pool area is a little small, but not terrible. A very nice workout room.

Westin Hotels have been excellent whenever we have traveled. We valeted our car and walked everywhere for the 3 days we were in Indy. Very close to shopping, fine dining, zoo, and sports/convention center. We highly recommend this Westin location.

The location was wonderful and the price couldn't be beat. The staff was unfriendly and the room was dirty mold in the bathroom! Overall, our experience was not the best. The valet people were extremely rude and told us It wasn't there problem and they didn't know when asked about parking our motorcycle in a safer place during a horrible rain storm. The people at the desk was not very helpful either. Add to that was the room though clean had mold all over the shower and dirt on the floor. Definitely not my idea of a 4 star hotel. I would never book in that hotel again!

I stayed at the Westin in Indianapolis and found myself paying for it. The rooms cost about * a night but the price doesn't stop there. They don't tell you on the web site but if you have a car you have to pay * dollars a night for valet parking (the only parking available). If you want internet service it is * a day for wireless. After 3 days there I was glad to leave. I would rather stay at a 3 star hotel. enough of this Nickle and dime stuff. I am tired of it. If you are going to charge that much for a room then give some treat the customer right. free parking and free internet.

Overall not up to expectations. The bath room was tiny. The door barely misses the front of the toilet. Lights were unplugged. Main channels like CNN were missing on the t.v. Phones were broken. Could not retrieve message and someone was supposed to come look at it, but no one did. Iron set up was terrible. Ironing board severely crooked and difficult to use. Iron leaked water and scorched my good shirt ruining it.

Great location and within walking distance of shopping/dining, but rooms were definatley not as updated as the lobby. Our phone did not work, one of the double heavenly shower heads did not work and several hours after checking in, a maintence guy randomly knocked on the door and broght in a little fridge... just came in and set it on the floor. Didn't plug it in, didn't say excuse me. Nothing. Not so happy about this after being woken up after a long day of travels. I'm assuming this was to be done before check-in.

Excellent facility. Keep in mind that self service parking will cost you $25 per, $28 per day for hotel valet parking.
